Had a decent price to replace the JDM Navi and Stereo with UK version. Before committing starting to look at how you replace it. - can't be that hard for a novice! It looks like I will have to remove all the interior trim just to get to the "Luggage Floor Finisher Upper". Which idiot designed the interior? Has anyone done this before and is it really that complicated?

That girl will never be able to drive. Don't you need to be able to reach the pedals and wheel at the same time?

Hi, just got a 2002 T spec and noticed a few things. Wing mirrors don't automatically flip in when I get out. No annoying reversing beep. Only an TCS button, guess I don't have ESP. Don't have a boot release on the key fob.

Collected her yesterday, just done loads of miles to get her home so excuse the bug splats! Still some work to be done by Bonsai, i.e. Manuals and £ difference still to be handed over but I now have a written guarantee. Got the car empty and took 68 litres to fill her although the mechanic was good to swap the battery over as it failed to start even after charging. Been for a test drive with the wife and the dog, realised putting the dog in the boot wasn;t the best thing and had to stop before I got a shitty smell in the car.

Nah I remember him first time round in Nightrider or as everyone used to call him Shite Rider ------------------------------------------------------- Knightrider was the best! and I know where I get my fixation for a Black Z from. Strange video promoting KITT given how the Hoff hated the show as he was upstaged by the car. Not hard though given his acting ability.

Help, imported a JDM with 60Km on it, quite like the idea of having it read in miles and been told this is possible for £50 and is legal if the SVA guys do it. plus will have the cert to back it up. Is this right? I quite like the idea I have a genuine mile reading as will help save on confusing calculations when I come to resell (only to get a new model of course) Cheers

I'm gonna move to Admiral and also asked about keeping my Focus as a second car. Th cost to ensure the Focus was huge as they only allow your NCB to be used once. I argued I can only drive one car at a time but they won't budge. Not fair!

My mates say they saw a black/tan import and thought it was mine. Nope mine still on boat so now a bit pi**ed that out of the known 4 spotted in the area (2 silver, one blue and now a blacky) one matches mine. p.s. apparently a very smart bird was driving it.

I spoke to a couple of Nissan dealers, they both said they would have no trouble servicing JDMs (assuming it wasn't an auto). They didn't expect costs to differ from the UK. Still to get a service but this is what I'm expecting.

Spoke to Chris at Bonsai last night, problems are apparently sorted and the agreed price won't be exceeded. I'll keep you posted.

Nope just the £675 SVA cost but do expect more. As far as I;m concerned my agreement is to drive the car away for an agreed price and no more.
