As technically advanced and engaging to drive as I'm sure it is, when all is said and done, it's still a Nissan. And whilst it clearly out performs the likes of a 997, when it comes down to aspects of ownership such as build quality, dealer service and residual values, the Porsche is streets ahead. If I were to be spending the sort of money the GTR is likely to be priced up at, it wouldn't be Nissan that is getting my hard-earned.
