the 4 highlighted in blue are the mounting tabs. I think I found a set on ebay which are not broken, just annoying as I sold a set last year in perfect condition thinking mine were OK

Ok, now try and find one that doesn’t have a broken off mounting point

Onto the overdue update. I toyed with selling the car but i couldnt bring myself to do it and move onto something that I didnt know as well as what I know these

I made full use of my Easter Sunday and pulled the engine and gearbox

Need to give the engine bay a good power wash once people can come close enough to help me push it in and out of the garage

At the moment all plans are on hold until I know my work situation once Covid-19 lockdown has ended and if I stil have a job to go back to. I've got a long shopping list once its all sorted.

I'm torn on the route to go next, I think this is my "forever car" so I want it to be perfect. Its going to take me years to restore it to the way it used to be, however given the advancements in the engine swap route over the past few years I am so tempted to have a proper crack at another 2JZ swap - only this time done by the only person I trust

Don’t forget TJ Hunt - has a 2JZ 350z and has just bought a 370Z.

cosworth plenum went years ago when I sold the car  it was beautiful

Bought this a while ago but have no need for it now. Complete car back OEM exhaust. Collection preferred as have had issues with couriers and exhausts recently.

Yup. Been here since 2006

bought my current Z in 2006 & sold it in 2010 and then bought it back in 2016

in between then I bought another 350z which I sold to my brother and bought it back later

i bought another z last year to strip the twin turbo kit off it. 
 

I’ve built a supercharged Z, 2JZ swapped one and now doing a twin turbo conversion on one. 
 

I think it’s safe to say that the Z has got under my skin

Working from home for the foreseeable future and have been since early March. I’m a service delivery manager for an IT company and work has reduced by about 80% as all my customers are retail or hospitality.

You need to take the upper dash panel off on passenger side. It’s screws into the back of it.
