I believe that Thor did have a change of management at some point, so its possible that it may have been under the old regime. All I know is that I paid nearly £400 to find out my UTEC was faulty (I still have my reservations about this & am still digging), fit a sandwich plate between oil filter, fit an 02 sensor & fit an oil temp sensor They claimed that the most part of my bill was for the UTEC, something that they knew was second hand but still went ahead & fitted permanantly before even testing it.
