    dash retrim??

No it wouldnt as the dash but which comes out with the airbag will be covered but not seal, will be the equivalent to just painting the dash except you are covering it with leather if that makes sense Um, no - re-read it a few times and can't work it out.....
  2. Occasinally yes. But you'd definitely know it was me from my number plate....

  5. i dunno, i'm not convinced either way, that it is the same as ordinary wax or not , i'd like to see some facts, i'll try it and see as my wheels have had collonite on before and i've just started using poorboys the wheel sealant poorboys do is nothing like any other product they produce, its not wax, its almost jelly/paste As is the stuff Chemical Guys make for wheels. However...... After reading lots, and visiting Clean and Shiny last night and going through every product in their warehouse..... I have gone for some Chemical Guys jetSEAL 109 for both wheels and paint. Wheels themselves don't get to huge temperatures and this sealant has been designed to be used on wheels as well. As per Detailing World, it also has a lot of fans. e.g. http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/s ... hp?t=46093 I've also picked up a new CG wash as well citruswash+gloss. Looking forward to trying it out. As an aside, they've stopped getting P21S in given internet prices from the US, and will probably get some Collinite off them when my P21 has gone. Anyone used any of the above?

I think they'd be quite different side by side. One's metallic for a start. Guess it's the same reason they have Silver and GM too.

    Split Rim Refurb

So after all the recommendations etc you've still put them in with someone nobody has heard of?!?! lol, reason why if cant get spare wheels in time I can leave my car there at reading and my mum is near by during the week. Also read about 6 bad reviews on the recommendations of the place you mentioned, and after speaking to them on the phone, they seem like they didnt want the buisness but the other guy was extremely helpful and explained alot to me and went into detail what he does and how plus can inspect the place when I go up there Go for it, take it as you find it
  9. Hopefully for you, yep. For me There is - good for you, enjoy!

  11. Marc (Captint) sold his Zed for a business venture IIRC and occasionally posts. Hanel is a good point, where is he???
  12. Elise R or possibly an Exige... I'm sure you've missed the 'S' out after Exige.... Of course.. However.....The thing is the Elise R with Super Touring Pack is just about an Exige and the Exige S adds a supercharger, (more to go wrong), and not much more power. An Elise R is 189 bhp after all and I do like the option of removing the top. Agree with you Kev, and you can still have that little buzz bomb Toyota lump fettled further. They work well with super chargers from what I have seen. Bare in mind, with little power increases, you get a lot more go. It's all about percentages, especially as it weighs so little.

If you want a real first class finish:- http://www.specialisedpaintwork.com/home.htm Outstanding work on the Lotus, and have seen dozens of other cars they have done.

I do believe that's a Night Blue roadster....... I've had to arrange for my new wheels to be taken to a tyre fitter so I don't go to the dealer and end up signing a bit of paper for a Coupe version.....!!

  17. Recommended place for the Poorboys stuff? Clean and Shiny don't seem to do it. That's why I asked the question Tim. I've never used it before, and why I'm thinking of using the AG stuff as at least that's a proper protective layer.
  18. Address is here:- The Plough London Rd, Wokingham, Berkshire RG40 1RD We can always do an evening one but I thought people would want to start while it was daylight? We can always start at 4? Anyone got any preferences? Want to make it so all can get there.
  19. Good luck with it........

Reverse no longer a gear option? Yep, slight contradiction! I know what I meant! Have you got somewhere to get the work done?
  21. As above, Dan Perkins Slough are bad. Or whatever they're called now. Bodgit n Lye or something.
  22. Hi guys and gals, I'm due to pick up my new wheels at the weekend, and want to give them that layer of protection. I've not used specific wheel wax before, has anyone got any suggestions? Otherwise, I'm planning on using AG Ultra Gloss Protection do give them a semi permanent coat.
