what NOS system are you going to be using wet/dry. What make mate? I've got the actual Nitrous Oxide Systems kit and will most probably go with a wet kit (or at least that is what I have been recommended as the extra fuel input will make it slightly safer to use)

Thanks mate, spent the whole weekend clay baring the car then a good few coats of Meguiars!!! I will be putting NOS on it as I have the plate, would prefer some F/I action but the bank balance won't allow it at the moment so NOS it will be and it matches the plate so all good!!

Well after many hours of cleaning and driving, I have the first pics of my Z!!! Done a few mods so far but much, much more to come including the new rims which should be on by the end of the week!! Mods so far: New Z badging front & back Tinted windows S2000 stubby aerial Carbon fibre engine cover & slam panel

Haven't you heard of chatting up the lady first before getting into bed Quality mate but I prefer to just go in for the kill!!! Also got the tax disc holder on now (I know its only a small thing!!) and getting the window tints on tomorrow!! ICE starts next week!! I have already done 2 tanks of fuel...I just can't stop driving it and I think I will need my grin surgically removed!!!

24 hours in and I have the new Z badges on front and rear and my new carbon under bonnet goodies in!! Much more to come!!

Car probably won't be fully done but i'll sure as hell try!!! At the least i'll work around the date to make sure the car is show worthy for this!!!! I'm DEF in for this dude!! Count me in for the weekend!!

Yeah, I am over the moon with it!! It is a non-GT pack but it is exactly what I wanted as I will be retrimming the seats and replacing the ICE anyway so the GT pack would have been a bit of a waste of money!! The car is spotless, full service history, he's getting the 29k service done as well in the price and pretty low mileage so in my eyes it's a bargain!!

Haven't been on for the last few weeks due to massive work commitments but today I agreed my purchase on my Z and will have it within 2 weeks!! Azure blue, 53 plate, UK spec, 28k....all for £17k!!! Bargain!! Pics to follow once I pick her up!! Let the fun commence!!

Definatley go for a 5 or 6 spoke with a nice big polished dish on it.

Spoke to them today and they haven't got one yet but a chap I know there said they could be getting one in the next couple of days dependant on an insurance companies verdict. He will let me know asap so if it does come in I can have first dibs on it. No problem with sending the bits off round the country though so long as postage is covered!

James, where are you based in the South-East?? I am also in the area and have contacts all over the place so can hook you up with pretty much anything you could want so give me a shout if you need any info.

What a brilliant weekend!!! Thanks to Val for making me feel welcome with the Z gang and hopefully I will be able to bring my own Z along to show with you all soon!! Val, I hope you had a good night on Saturday, we're not normally all that mad but as it was the first main show of the year, I think a lot of people got carried away a bit!! All good fun though!! You'll have to come out with us again at the next weekend show! I have to say, all the Z's were looking fantastic and all the people I was with commented on how good they looked as well.

In previous years I have taken my cars up there they don't tend to check the regs. "Forget" to put it in the window then just wave it at them when you go in and you should be fine!! No promises though but if you go in with other z's they normally don't cars on the regs.
