JAE made their choice of venue and were either arrogant enough to think that those in the North and Scotland would spend a day travelling there and back or simply didn't care whether they did or not. If numbers are down they only have themselves to blame. And that's before thinking about access and lack of hard standing....

Looks OK and I would be tempted to agree that its likely to just be a badge. The keypad is throwing me though. Aftermarket alarm/immobiliser? Anyone else got one?

How was the fit? one of the sellers on ebay is in lancashire iirc - blackpool direction, maybe easier to pick it up ? That's the guys that I emailed and exactly the question I posed. I guess its hard for them to take your money and not send the goods if you pick it up so they didn't want my business...

Rocking didnt free it but the jump leads got it going. Gave it a quick spin and now we've got to see if it keeps its charge.

I sent them a message through ebay and they couldn't even be arsed to respond. I then googled them and read a story about products not turning up and failure to respond to e-mails - they don't have a telephone number! Anyway, they want over £330 for it now and I think Chris at JDM can do it for a similar price and darn sight better service.

Flashing rapidly, not dimming. Whenever I've had a flat battery in the past the dash lights have dimmed. When it stops raining I'll give Gixxer's suggestions a bash and see how I get on. Thanks for the input, lads.

Cooooool!!!

Tried to "Fire up the Micra!!!" this morning but all I got was a clicking noise and all the lights on the dash blinking continously. Now I don't expect an online diagnosis or fix but as I'm a numpty with these things does anyone have any pointers as to what I can look for?

Sorry, only just seen this but the MY07 must be lower than the MY03 as mine now scrapes whilst my old one didn't. Which model are you after?
