Sounds about par for the course , noise when in neutral with clutch disengaged is clutch release bearing noise , they all tend to do this to some extent or another , I know mine does and always has

I have plenty of vehicles to spread the load, but they all get treated the same for 10 mins of your time and a few quid for oil it's not worth skimping on oil changes

so it means you'll have changed the oil in your Z once just before you sell it then Changed it when I first bought it , despite service history saying it had been changed 500 miles previous , did a couple of thousand miles then changed it again just before the last Wales run... I look after my cars

You dont need piccies , just take off the wheel have a peer in and you will see filter and drain plug.. remember to use a couple of axle stands for safety as well as a jack
