yeah do it yourself! spigot rings are straightforward enough to put on! do one wheel at a time, and you are sorted surely you can take a wheel off? PS do fit the spigot rings

are they scratchs on the INSIDE of where the lug nuts go? personally I find them impossible to avoid, I have my lug nut wrench wrapped in isolating tape and still get them mate... curious to see how these are avoided...
