  1. Nevermind, got it figured out. The o ring split so I need a new one.
  2. Hi all, I just installed the z1 fuel port, which is about as simple as things get. However when I prime I've got fuel spraying out from between the OEM regulator and the Z1 fuel port. I've got everything tightened down as much as possible and the o ring feel like they snugged into place. Why would this be? It doesn't really make sense to me. The only think I can think is that the mount of the regulator is slightly bowed...
  3. Cheers @ZMANALEX I'll keep mulling it over. Sounds like both manifold have had improvements over the years. If I do go for one it would be the V+ which generally had better reviews. The SSV is far to bling for me! Before this, I'll be adding HFC's and a new Y pipe.
  4. That's fair. I've got to be honest I don't think I've read a good thing about the SSV manifold so I'd be steering clear of that. The V+ Manifold I've seen very mixed feelings on. I think I'll just stay with stock. As you said the bottle neck was improved on the Revup (which I have) so best to leave alone it seems.
  5. No problem and no rush. Get well soon! EDIT It's ok, I found a pic a few pages back and can see it no where near them Just drop me a pm when your ready for payment and sending etc.
  6. Not sure I'll be able to make this one. At Brands the week before covering the British GT then the week after I'm driving to Belgium.... I'll see what happens closer to the time.
  7. Hi mate, Yeah that would be fine. Are these compatible with the hooks in the boot? I use a cargo net in the boot too.
  8. Just browsing as you do at various parts... Short question really, when combined with other bolt ons (exhaust, high flow cats, filter etc) and a remap, are the much gains to be had from either the Kinetix Manifolds? On the flip side what are the options on a Revup? I here that a Plenum Spacer provides no gains, though have heard some talk of using a spacer with a pre-revup upper plenum? Sounds a lot cheaper than either of the above options anyway.
  9. Hi, I'd be interested in one if these are still being made?
  10. Do we need to buy tickets for this? I tried looking on the site but there isn't anything listed for this date.
  11. Mine are Prosport (which look exactly like yours). Bought from rspec.co.uk Their 60mm gauges are a perfect fit and I've had no issues with any of them. Have a look on my thread for some pics.
  12. I'm hardly ever on instagram for the 350z but if you want to see my motorsport stuff then it's @davesouthphoto
  13. Don't worry I know how you feel. My OEM one packed up, then a new sensor was giving very low readings. Got it checked by a garage to confirm ok, then ripped it all out and replaced. Best thing I did.
  14. That is very odd. That said I've heard some iffy things about VDO gauges but none of them backed up. But simply put, engine not running should = 0 pressure. If you want peace of mind on it, get it checked with a mechanical pressure gauge.
  15. 100% something wrong with the sensor or the gauge. When the engine is off, the oil pump won't be running so there can't be any pressure on the sensor as there isn't a pump running to create any. Do you have the correct sensor for the gauge? ie, you have a 10bar gauge so you need a 10bar sensor. Is it wired correctly?
  16. More updates. Today the Roof was wrapped in gloss black and while we were there he also tinted my rear lights (indicators etc) for me. These were spray tinted by this is now done with film.
  17. Oil cap isn't horizontal. Hard fail from me I'm afraid
  18. Oops, I've spent more money. Thanks @Coz@TORQEN / @Adrian@TORQEN for the lightning quick delivery.
  19. 100% isn't on mine lol Had the sump off twice so I should know lol It's pretty simple though. Some 10mm bolts (maybe 10) then just split the old sealant and clean off. Apply the new, refit then wait 24hrs for it to set. Re-fill with oil.
  20. There is no gasket, it's a form in place sealant. I'm sure @ZMANALEX can assist.
  21. So I've been thinking about engine dress up kits (bolts). The only place I can really see any these days is @Coz@TORQEN. I like their kit for the Plenum and the strut brace but for the other kit I'm not a fan of the flat washers. I'd prefer to find a kit with countersunk washers as I prefer the look. There don't seem to be many kits (any?) like that about. Any ideas what's out there? Best I can come up with at the moment is to make up my own for some of it.
  22. Yeah I'm looking forward to it, when you compare the back of the 350 to the 370 it just lacks something. And for me it's that diffuser. If you're at Gaydon you'll be able to see the roof in person, though I think it's before I have the diffuser fitted.
  23. Does anyone know if you can run cables from the engine bay into the cabin under the brake master cylinder? I know it can be done under the battery so I'm guess there is a similar route on this side too.
