  1. If you think the Nismo is rough you should try sitting in a BMW Z4 with run flats LOL. It makes the Nismo seem like a comfortable cruiser in comparison!
  2. Looking forward to the pics dude! What are these NISMO decals you speak of?
  3. Hey all, Does anyone have any accurate 1/4 mile times for the 370Z with twin turbos or a super charger? With FI is the 370Z capable of being a sub 12s car on street tyres? Thanks
  4. I have the exact same issue on my car. 2017 Nismo 370Z with just 6000 miles on it.
  5. Hey all, Looking at recent cars, I can see some 2018 cars are now starting to come with "red" stripes or accents on front and rear bumpers. For example I have seen a 2018 Golf, Alfa Romeo, Hyundai and Kia all with red accents on the bumpers now. Was the 370Z nismo ahead of the curve? Looks to be the new styling trend. Thanks
  6. This exhaust has now been taken off the car and is in the for sale section. Thanks
  7. Today for sale is my Stillen cat back exhaust off my 2017 Nismo, this exhaust is pretty rare over here in the UK. This was fitted by the previous owner, so mileage wise it is less than 5000 (this is the total mileage of the car), and is likely even less than this. Key info below from the stillen website: Maximum Horsepower - 18 HP At the Rear Wheels 15 lb/ft Gain Torque 304 Stainless Steel Construction - Long Service Life & Dependability Polished 304SS 4.5" Dual Wall Tips Aggressive Tone Without Annoying Drone Limited Lifetime Warranty Price: £700 Collected or £700 + shipping (For reference these retail new @ £1644) Collection is preferable due to the size of the item, based in West Yorkshire. Further information on this exhaust available at the stillen site here: https://www.stillen.com/stillen-2009-2015-nissan-370z-stainless-steel-cat-back-exhaust-systems-dual-wall-tips-504355.html If you have any questions please feel free to ask Thanks Pictures:
  8. Hey all, So I have had my 2017 370Z Nismo for a couple of weeks now and I am loving it! It attracts a lot of attention. Quite a few people have called it a "GTR" or have even come up to me and asked me about my "GTR" lmao. Im guessing people just see the nissan badge, think it looks nice so must be a "GTR" lol! And thats my story for today.
  9. Most people have no idea what car it is lol. How many 370Z Nismos do you even see on the road?
  10. Thanks dude, I have had my eye on this one for a couple of days, how can you tell its a MK2 Nismo exhaust and not an MK1? Thanks!
  11. Hey mate, I actually have a set of short tails already that I bought recently, they just don't line up with the flanges on the stillen. Looking for a stock system atm
  12. Just for clarity, when you say "bottomed out" what sort of spec car are we talking here, GT edition with how many miles?
  13. No worries dude, and thanks! Oh excellent, I can not see your link though? it says "Sorry we cant show this content because you do not have permission to see it."
  14. What? Most German cars are hardly better than Jap cars in terms of interiors, with the exception of Porsche which do have phenomenal interiors. And most German cars are bland in the styling and excitement department no doubt about that. Anyhow we are going off topic here lol.
  15. 2 words. Depreciation curve. Did you over pay? I have friends who bought around last year, and in that time prices have not moved at all. This has a huge part to play as well, as nice as the 370Z is, it does not have the same prestige as "PORSCHE" or "BMW" and thus lacks desirability for a lot of people no matter how good a car it is. Enthusiasts crave this trait imo, the 370Z is a very old school car. Big NA engine, RWD, Fat tyres, Hydraulic steering. No fancy sport modes or electronics, just old school driving, how ever this is not something that appeals to everyone. Saying that I bet if BMW produced a similar car it would be "loved" by critics and people would flock to it lol. Agreed, how ever the GTR may have a positive affect in terms of the "Prestige" factor of Nissan as a brand, or maybe not lol..... There have been many cars that at the time were very poorly rated, yet later became classics, the automobile world can be odd at times. At the same time I can see your point about the M3 being a better car all round, refinement, speed, chassis, handling. But as an investment piece I wouldn't bet on it either. Way too many E92 M3's produced for it to ever appreciate, its just like most other mass produced cars. There is more to a car than speed. The Z34 platform has soul, the way it drives makes it something special. It has imperfections sure, but its part of what makes the it, it feels like a raw driving experience that is not matched by many other cars on the road today. An M3 technically is a better car in every aspect, but does it make you feel the same way, or are they just to clinical? The M3 is a very nice car, but its very different to a 370Z in terms of drive and feel. German cars are very clinical and precise, almost too the point of perfection. Japanese cars tend to be more around the soul of the car, the car culture, the way the car makes you feel. Two very different types of car. The M3 is no doubt the better car, but is it the more "enjoyable".
  16. Hi mate, yes this is definitely the Stillen exhaust, it says Stillen on the tips and the muffler / resonators all match up. I believe it is this system: https://www.tarmacsportz.co.uk/nissan/nissan-370z/370z-stillen-stainless-steel-exhaust-systems-dual-wall-tips.html Is the MK1 exhaust identical to the MK2? Thanks
  17. Hey all, Context: I bought some short tails for my car, but they will not fit as I did not realise my car had the Stillen CBE on! It must have been fitted by a previous owner. I require the stock exhaust to fit the new short tails, so hopefully this makes a good deal for someone. Mileage: My car only has 5k miles on it, so the maximum possible amount of miles on this exhaust is 5000. Trade: Stillen exhaust for the 370Z Nismo MK2 exhaust + £250 cash Collection or even meeting at an exhaust shop half way somewhere to perform the swap is ideal. Apologies for the not so great images, hard to get pictures of the underside of the car! lol
  18. Looking at prices of custom mid pipes it is probably going to be better off for me to trade this stillen system for the stock nismo exhaust, might post up in the classifieds on here
  19. Hey, Looking for a 370Z Nismo exhaust as mentioned above! Thanks
