whoever made that diagram needs a slap for not making it in numerical order... its not just me is it?

have you checked that there isnt any dirt/grime in the brakes that could cause it? the water knocked up may have dragged some rubbish up from the road into them or knocked some loose dirt down into them causing the squeaking. thats where i'd start, very easy to take apart and clean andtheres a guide for it somewhere on here if you haven done it before If its not that that then no idea someone else might have some more insight

should be if i can get my brakes to stop making a disgusting crunching noise new pads and no fix so in the garage to see if they can find out might be a case of new discs and fresh pads

I only know of 2 greys and 1 ginger in MK My grey and one other in newpoert pagnell who never waves back, the ginger is MLCMKs but youd know if its him with the bodykit and exhaust Where abouts did you spot a grey one i was out at about that time monday but didnt see a red one!

get a second opinion from another garage instead of going by what halfords guys say, i had one garage tell me my exhaust is fine and another that it was falling apart, preferably one that will show you under that car and point bits out to you (one of the two i mentioned further up are the ones id recommend) could be surface rust and they think its bad corrosion, just take it with a pinch of salt and get someone else to take a look and get a better judgement

there is a very good garage called Unit 18 over on old wolverton road and a japanese specialist called JPS Performance over in bletchely would opt for one of those two instead of the "pros" at halfords like suprawookie said both of the garages are very knowledgeable about nissans, the guy who owns Unit 18 has a very tasty track spec 200sx hopefully they sort it for you though!

happy to meet or have people follow if they pass through milton keynes, probably meeting up with a mate in wellingborugh then driving down edit: also im easy for what time to get there, literally 40 minutes away for me.
