The wheels weren't the ones I wanted.
The search goes on.
5 spoke preferably.
-
Thanks lads.
Waiting on a reply from someone re wheels.
-
Thanks for the replies.
That sounds like an idea Bru.
Ah'll get back to you about this.

What a beautiful car.
Love it!!
-
I don't really know what I'm looking for.
There's that many wheels.
I like the 5 spoke but I've seen that many my head's scrambled.
Then there's the colour.
lol
Same with exhausts.
Watched countless you tube videos.
Still don't know.
-
a grand would get you an exhaust and a second hand set of wheels easy
-
Thanks, do you think I could get 19' wheels/tyres for under a grand?
Do tne rear wheels have to be wider?
Sure I read that somewhere on here?

Great thread and well done you for trying to contact Blacky.
I'd have been heartbroken selling that car, nice of you to let him know it's still mint.
It's a lovely car btw, that's the first time I've seen it.
-
True.
I never actually thought about that.
Cheers man.
Eh, got another question while you're here, could I just change a section of the exhaust, or is it better to change the the full system? ( manifolds as well?)
Thanks for the quick reply

Can't decide what to get next.
My Z's a JDM Roadster with the 17" wheels, it just doesn't look right to me.
The problem is this; do I get new wheels or get an exhaust?
Really want s different sound (not too loud, just a nice rasp) but really want new wheels but can't afford both.
I've got about a grand to spend.
Can anyone tell me what to do?
lol
Dunno what size wheels/ tyres to get either.
What size fits without making any adjustments?
Any traders help me out with advice?
ps don't get too technical lads, I'm not that clued up with the terminology etc.
Cheers
Robert

Welcome to the forum.

Have you checked the roof for holes? Mine had this until I replaced the whole roof.
It's a brand new roof, so I'd like to think that it's ok.
Must be the rubber I reckon.

After the torrential rain in the last 24 hours up here, got into the car and the seatbelt was wet!
Soaked right through just at one section of the belt (the bit across my shoulder funnily enough)
I'm sure i know where it's coming from but scared to mess about with it.
Think it's the rubber above the belt holder.
Anyone any tips/ideas?
Thanks.

Had this done in February, need the top door rubbers changed now, there's water coming in when i wash it.
The Mohair is the best option.
Mines is mint now.
Just those damn door rubbers.

He's really good, just painted mine, done an excellent job.
It just depends if that would suit you.

There's a few buddy but not many...
I went for a Momo Automatico shifter but considering going back stock if I can get hold of a better condition one to buy
Had a look on there, nothing caught my eye.
Do you know any other websites for this kind of stuff?
Be a man and get a manual ;P
Plenty to choose from on autotrader
And a hard top as well i suppose?
