Thanks very much hodaka. That's not bad at all.
For the added benefits I'd say it's definitely worthwhile.
Next purchase for the zed.
No problem at all
Yeah I was very happy with mine

Not sure if it helps, especially as the sound quality keeps changing, but I took this for you earlier.
In person, it's a very quite chatter:

I love you, you internet wizard!!!
No probs, glad I could help

Not just you Tom, the error code 500 means there's an issue on the server side so everyone will experience the same issue.
Does this help though?

I don't have enough experience/know-how to comment on the time it took, but surely they should have let you know ASAP if they were struggling to check you're happy for them to proceed with the fact it's going to take longer? Coming across unforeseen issues is fine, but it's unreasonable for them not to ask you first

JF Customs ones on eBay... I was actually looking at those. How is the fitment? Easy to install?
Yep was easy to install and fitment is fine

I suppose you've got to make do with what you have these days...
1. This I can't help with as I'm missing mine. I've followed this thread to see what others say. For now I've used a zip tie on the inside of the gaiter, and pushed it as far up as possible to keep it from falling down.
2. I bought one from j-f-customs on eBay. Arrived quickly and very happy with mine

Please take this with a big pinch of salt as I'm not really mechanically minded, but could it be the pilot bearing?

I've been through loads of LEDs from various sources, including Autobulbs Direct and Aurora Bulbs. Some of them looked great, but started flickering within a few months.
I just bought Osrams - they look great and are much brighter than the filament ones. I do still wish they were a tad brighter though, but reliability is the main thing. Will see how they perform!
Here's the listing I bought mine from. They delivered very quickly.

And a pic, although the camera makes it look blindingly bright!

Just out of curiosity, did you try the reset procedure? I think mine started flashing twice in the last year, and this stops the flashing each time.
