what are the small pipes branching off for??

Ok, not giving too much away at this stage as its a winter project. If one wanted to generate an electrical signal at when a car reaches a certain speed say at 70 and again when dropping the speed at say 40, anyone know how it could be done. Been thinking of mechanical ways to do it and have a few up my sleeve, but was wondering if there are any techy's in here that could do it electronically. Ive heard something about pulse signalling but know nothing about it. You've probably guessed why I've ask, but is early days yet.

silicon sealant. Tiger seal is a right pain to remove in the future. Tape in place and leave overnight and use some heat to get it bending a tad little bit.

can you tell me what part of the roof is not working. There are five motors. Its usually the the first op that goes and that the rear window lifting up. It its that, I can fix it for you for about 30 quid. When you say hydraulic, which part of the roof is hydraulic as its mostly mechanically actuated with motors?

Cut a long story short, fitted a full K1 System few months back and the tail pipes are about 1/2 " too short coming out of my modified rear bumper because ive mated it with a lower esprit full valance. I now have exhaust soot / black fumes residue on my bumper so the tips need to be longer. I can get new tubes made no problem in work to slip over the tips to make them longer but fancy that Neo, titanium, burnt, call it what you like look. Does anyone know how to achieve this using 316 or 321 grade stainless steel.? thanks

Common fault. They rust like hell. I took mine off and still passed its MOT last week. (You dont need it IMO). Another option is to the ones on ebay. Not cheap though. Also try Chris at Tarmac Sportz. Hes a trader on here or chop it all off before it falls off lol

yes it plastic but on top of aluminium which is on top of....plastic. Mine come off with a chunk too !

not sure if this will help but on my wifes 2 year old quashqai there was a recall to update the software on the "info-system" and that resolved the very same problem as what you are having. Worth looking up the list of recalled items??

I'm guessing it's a full wrap but with printed graphics on. Any decal place will have full colour printing service all they do is laminate it to make it weatherproof then wrap ya car with it. Simples. Get in touch with wallboss. Top man. Chris whilture. He's on here somewhere.

Ye pretty pleased with them as the cut outs are **** on, which is always a worry when cutting up your car. Next major thing is, well can't say too much except for the words linear actuators, pulse signals and spoiler.......watch this space.

Can any one advise the easiest and safest way to change my magic tree from my central mirror. I do not want to run the risk of having to remove the whole mirror assembly nor risk cracking the windscreen. Should I just take it to Nissan. I've had an estimate for the work done which is £ 375.00 but in fairness that is inclusive of vat and a free smell warranty of four full weeks. Please help a fellow owner.

All you guys paying 2 to 3k for a full paint job is beyond me. Guys down here in south Wales are charging 800 to a grand for a full colour change. Top work too. Obviously pearls and three stage would cost more but not much.
