  2. It must have been really worn lol mine only had 3 teeth on it for a about 3000 miles and didn't break
  3. Meh its a risk I'm willing to take. Been pulled over twice by police since having mine and never had any issues

  8. Met an awesome guy yesterday in Upminster, highly recommend him! he works in the motorsport industry.. He used to help run track days where they used Z's as rent out cars, he said the gearboxes would always wear out fast so he had a huge box of gearbox spares, i got all my gaskets from him, he had every baulk ring and gear selector you could think off except the 2 i needed haha, as a bonus, he opened his garage and there was sitting my next car lol.. VX220. i showed him my ebay watch list, how i have 3 im looking at haha, he said next time im local give him a shout and he'll take me for a spin! Spent 40 minutes at his just chatting about racing and track days as he is a marshall for brands hatch, tuner fest, bedford autodrome etc.. great guy and his prices where like 50% compared to nissan!
  9. tbh they will probably fit, the fittings are the same, not sure if they the same length though.
  10. Just some pics to keep you all in the know! Gearbox nearly done now. Got the bearings, just need reverse and 5th gear baulk ring! i've sourced the gaskets and oil seals which i will be collecting tonight! Bearings woo:
  11. 'Slammed' makes them useless to people like me who live in an area with speed bumps. lowered makes them look good and still practical
  12. Pajero/shogun SWB. purely because the seats all fold flat to a big double bed and its great for long trips with the mrs and when kitted out correctly are great off road too! once my 350's built i'll be on the hunt for one as a second vehicle.
