Looks ok, front and rear are good . . . its just a little "rounded in the middle" for a Ferrari. needs some scoops or more flaring (subtle) down the side

If I ever win the lottery and have enough money to spunk on a Ferrari. .  I will just wait for this B) . . . back to real life now

    Stunning. This one.

Not so keen on Roma. Looks like the new maserati they were going to bring out, Alfieri I think.

Erm I have no hair on top of my head  and my beard does make me look angry sometimes  but V8 I want that noise..... However after speaking to my gorgeous wife, also the voice of reason I am going to wait. I have a fantastic 370Z which I have spent loads of money on, it would be a shame to get rid of it now. Which is true.

I would second that my friend.

  3. TVR Tuscan - what a car :teeth:

Maserati Granturismo - 2+2 but GT not sports car :surrender:

996 4S porker - really nice car particularly if you can find ims upgraded :bang:

Lotus Elise - great drive but can you live with no creature comforts :scare:

Aston Vantage - may stretch budget a little, great value and in General very well looked after. And it's an AM B)

For me it's maserati next as need 4 seats for kids and it scratches that V8 itch :drive1

  5. Realistically could do with more info of what you need/want out of your hotel.

Nevertheless I was in Rome on business and stayed here - Hotel Forum Rome

It's quite a simple hotel but location is perfect for walking to main sites. Also had secure parking (daily charge)

Great roof top terrace for a drink while overlooking Rome.

Rome is very much like Paris, you don't get much for your money unless you want to spend £250+ per night. Happy to give more advice if needed.

  6. Agree with @davey_83 saw same one at caffiene and machine, first time seeing in the flesh, thought it looked quite good. Was surprised I liked it as not really a fan off the pictures I had seen or the old supra. (respect the old supra but don't actually like it, same with GTR)

However thought this modern day Supra looked good. (unlike the gt86 which is terrible)

  7. Caff & Mac rocked, would certainly be up for going again.

Unfortunately I would say you have been victim to your own success this time with 20+ cars, as with so many people its hard to keep together and sit down and eat.  If it was just 5-10 cars it would be simpler.

Either way I am happy to join in . . . perhaps you put a date up and see what the uptake is like and decided the best POA from there. . .

  10. Goodwood festival of speed probably the best car event I have been to. Even better than lemans 24hrs in my opinion.

Alot to see and many cars from all era's, including seriously exotic stuff like Koenigsegg's, Ferrari FXXK programme and Aston Vulcan just to name a few. All in motion blasting up hill the hill etc. :drive1

Alot of walking to make the most of it, would say 2 days is enough to get through it all.

Completely recommend FOS to anyone with a minimum fuel:blood ratio of more than 1:100:drive1

  11. Now that was my kind of event. (not that japfest/trax rubbish) :p

    A mini goodwood.

    Great day

    Perfect weather

    Fantastic cars

Delicious food (Mediterranean van was spot on)

    Brilliant people

Andy thanks for organising. Will be there at the next one.

    P. S. Who ever put my 'directors' chair by my car, much appreciated.

    Thanks for the response Sarnie!

I feel absolutely sick with worry today, I can't help but feel that people within the industry are obliged to state we should tell them as they can't exactly go around telling people to hide things from lenders.

I've read stories on other forums where people have fessed up and lost everything, I've also read many threads in which people have kept quiet and been successful.

We have paid a very high broker fee to obtain this offer, we have simply ran out of money to pay another 4 figure sum if the broker requires more money due to needing a new lender. We have used a specialist broker and had limited options for providers to start with, we feel very lucky to have obtained a good rate from a high street lender and the mortgage may become out of reach if we need to use another lender.

The bottom line here is we are at risk regardless of what decision we make, it's just trying to work out which option contains the least risk.

Honestly mate, its not worth worrying about it.  Move forward without telling anyone.

The banks biggest concern is getting the monthly payments and affordability of lending.  Neither are things that have changed for you as your wife has already picked up a new job at a higher income.

Yes there are technicalities but some rules are just there to be "bent" like speeding for instance, when the situation is just right in a safe way it maybe okay to go above the lawful 70mph even if "technically" its naughty.

Seriously don't worry and push for the completion date to be as soon as possible.

Least risk is don't tell anyone. Good Luck :teeth:

  13. Still don’t see how a 981S will increase in value compared to a GT4 over the next 3-5 yrs.

981 you can pick them up everywhere as many about. (Don’t get me wrong I think they are a great buy in terms of car for the money, but I don’t see investment opportunity screaming out)!

Totally appreciate it’s not me investing the money so it’s easy to talk. And £30k and £70k are very different amounts of investment.

Either way you will have a cracking car I am sure.
