  1. I have the buddy club on mine too. Sounds great, although I run the bungs with it  mostly. Being a daily I find it give it a lower bass to the tone, maybe try the bungs in now with your cats.

Personally I wouldn’t gold with red on your car but it’s prrsonal choice. Shadow chrome would look nice and classy.

hi mate, you have to be a bit carefull when chosing to use the plastidip as the finish is usually matte, many of the pics you see online are also manipulated for sales

if you want to do a good job speak to someone in USA and get a wheel kit from Autodip ;)

A good colour combo, but sorry, needs a really decent wheel design to pull it off, nothing wrong with 370z alloys, but wrong design to pull off a bold colour imho! I concur with Payco, shadow chrome would look good :)

I agree with the guys above, shadow chrome is subtle and classy!

Not the best pic but shadow chrome alloys on a Z3M

Thanks for input all. As mentioned above after seeing how they look I am not too happy with it. Also when I told the wife about it, she was like but you already tell me off for kerbing them, what's going to happen if a kerb these!!!!! Think I am fighting a loosing battle here.

But thanks for input, I agree with you all, think I will happily leave them as they are. (When I get a red Ferrari I will get gold wheels then)!

HI mate, I had some spare time during the weekend so quickly photoshoped the colours onto your previous picture. Personally I prefer burnt gold! I think you will probably want to get some new lug nuts while your at it!

Thanks a lot fella. Really appreciate the effort here. However your effort has definitely made my mind up. I am not painting them gold or burnt copper!

Bit too hey look at me with my funny coloured wheels.

Your effort with paint shop has saved me a few hours and pounds.

Genuinelly if I see you at a meet I owe you a pint.

  4. After seeing a few gold wheels on red cars recently (admittedly on Ferrari's). Really quite tempted to jazz up my 370 rays.

Rather than getting them painted thought could give plasti dipping a go. Read threads on here saying it's easy, cheap and lasts. Perfect for a trial then.

Cannot decide on on the colour. Open to suggestions too.

    Burnt Gold or burnt copper

Also does it look a little silly when the inside of the alloy remains silver?

  5. Yes most definatley get the flywheel and clutch done together.

You could go for the lightned flywheel and an upgraded clutch particulary if you bang through your gears like you stole it. :teeth:

  6. Teins on mine. Lowers it perfectly and no speed bump issues. Even on the Airport multi-storey car parks it's okay. Worth getting the white line camber arms for extra adjustment.

    Pic of stance.

was a rusted through brake line. Back on the road again :)

I would seriously question who did your last MOT and service. Pretty normal for any good place to pick up on that kind of stuff before it goes.

My advice, change your MOT garage.

  8. When the wife got pregnant I was going to get her/us a family wagon. Previous gen RS6 with the V10 was my thought. I was genuinely excited :bounce:

However things took a turn when we went to view one and she hated the way it looked!

I was gutted. Ended up with Range Rover chariot! Still wish I had a V10 in my life. :cloud9:

  9. Had the 370z rays on my 350 for a while now. Got Falken 452 all round when I bought the alloys.  Okay but easy to reach the tyres limits.

Want Michelins pilot sports now but need advice on which combination.

    Front 245/40/19 MPS4 only available

    Rear 275/35/19 MPS4 or MPS4S

Should I put the MPS4S's on the rear or just keep MPS4 all round?  Not really much price difference.

daily driver, only 4,000 miles a year but love a good spirited drive.

    Any advice ?

  10. People often get confused about the handbrake light. As it's a two function light,

    1. your handbrake is on.

    2. Your brake fluid is low

90% sure your fluid has leaked out
