  1. Thanks for the responses guys. I agree with some here, calm down guys. The manufacturers say on their website camber can be adjusted, nor do I know they use a standard image. I'm surprised at the number of people driving lowered cars on coilovers and who don't have these arms. Hence I thought the more expensive coilovers may be worth it to get camber adjustability. Octet thanks for the link. I'll check them out. I would probably aim to go as low as I can without needing the extra mods. Nissanman, what exhaust have you got? Don't think it's stock. When I got the car in the air, I noticed that there is a lot of space between between the top of the Y pipe and the underside of the car. The flexy has been scraping which wouldn't happen if the pipe it's sat a bit higher. Interested to know if aftermarket exhausts sit closer to the body of the car to avoid this issue Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. tThere is NO camber adjiustment, how many times do you need to ask when the answer has been given clearly and succinctly on more than one occassion:-Z Legend Trader 10,449 posts Location:Perthshire, Scotland. Posted Today, 10:51 There is NO camber adjustability on the coil overs for the 350Z / 370Z due to the double wishbone set up, don't you get it.? Most suspension sellers use generic images which is a bit misleading. For the last time, If you want to adjust the camber on the front you will have to fit after market adjustable front top A arms. Like This For refererence post 28 here http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/104310-cars-too-low/page__st__20 Okay, calm down there son. When searching for coilovers they do state camber adjustability on the fronts. At least 3 manufacturers state this on their website. Also how am I to know that the images they use are generic? Lastly, ALOT of people on the forum run coilovers but I find it hard to believe everyone has spent an additional £750on camber arms. HENCE my question to check if the coilovers that state they can adjust camber on the 370z actually do else people are running some excessive camber. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Oh dear! Might have too get in on the KW action then lol I called DT but the guy said their price is fixed on the KW. This was before I can across this thread though. Can anyone please PM me the contact details for Craig at DT? Also have you guys fitted these yet and what supporting mods did you need for camber adjustability? Tryin to avoid getting front arms since they are around £750! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Hey buddy. How come? I'm Considering BC just now but don't want to have to buy twice if you know what I mean. Are the KW really that much better? What more can they do? Silly question I know but just interested to know. Think they have adjustable bump and rebound on the damper compared to others which have one setting for the shock but would someone like me even make use of this function? Also am I right in thinking we can't change the camber from the top of the coilovers anyways? Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Also interested for a 370z. What's the warranty like on these and is the camber adjustable? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Hey. Is that all 350z kits? The 370z fronts seem to have camber adjustability. Not sure how people can lower with out having camber adjustability :s Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk The 350 and 370 both run double wishbones on the front, so camber is not adjustable from the top mount on the coil over or on OEM strut.. To adjust the camber you will have to replace the upper A arm with an after market adjustable type. So really having camber ajustability on the coilovers front makes no difference for our cars? Lol wonder why the manufacturers add that feature in lol. Bit annoying though. Thought it would save me from having to get the front arm which are like £750! Yeah buddy. On track it was alright because tracks are forgiving. The camber is also at 2 degrees or so and stock should be just over 1 degrees Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. Thanks for the response bud. Meister R do seem fairly decent. The design looks almost identical to the BC in terms of what is changeable and also the cost is the same too. Any idea how long the warranty is on the meister R? I like how they have camber adjustability too. Looked at Adrian's S type but they don't offer adjustability. Would need to go for his R series which is around £1300 and comparable in price to KW V3. We're your teins camber adjustable? And what types of teins did you have? Think entry level can't change the camber Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Yeah by lowering on springs I've found out a few issues. 1. Stock exhaust rubs on the Y pipe flex hose. There is a lot of space around the exhaust though and since most people get an aftermarket exhaust this isn't an issue. I've got a stock exhaust so this is a problem Fix here is to get an exhaust place to lift my exhaust upwards. Can anyone confirm if aftermarket exhausts sit higher and closer to the undercarriage of the car? 2. The ball joint sits too low in comparison to the wishbone. You can get a kit apparently which compensates for this from drift works. Not having this makes the car steering quite skittish 3. The car is oversprung and under damped. The damper can't act fast enough since I've uprated the springs and the anti roll bar which is effectively a big Spring 4. Lastly the front nose scrapes. My dampers are not leaking so I'm surprised that others have not felt any adverse issues from others who have done lowering springs. Either that or people have just done it for looks. I think I'm gonna either go stock springs or I'm gonna go coil overs. Leaning more towards coilovers with the anti roll bars. Need adjustment on the dampers too and I will maybe just lower by 10-15mm until I don't need any extra camber arms or ball joint kits etc. Also on lowering springs the camber is out by 1 degrees which is a lot So in conclusion lowering springs are great for looks and for road use but there is defo a compromise on other characteristics. I was hammering it with 6 other cars (GTR, M6, S4 etc) and I was at the back because the car was just bottoming out and the dampers were not up to scratch. Now....what coilovers do I get? Lol thinking of BC racing because they also have camber adjustability. They are around £700. KW V3 are around £1300 which is too much plus fitting. Anyone have any experiences with coilovers they wish to share? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. What do you mean? Stock tyre sizes on just now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Do these also fit the 370z bud? Toying between these the meister or the BC. Place that will fit them does a lot of BC stuff. Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Daniel, how does the car handle? Yours looks so low. Is it on eibachs? Think eibachs on my car are too low. Exhaust is scraping and the ball joint is sitting lower than the wishbone due to the drop. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Considering BC. Not sure how these compare. I'll try demon tweeks too Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Looks like car will be going back onto stock springs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. These still available? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Has there been any adverse affect on the rev match capability of the car? I've heard a lightened flywheel could mess that up Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I have got a set of coilovers fitted that I am swapping for springs sounds like there could be a trade opertunity here? I'll PM you to discuss! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Lol wonder if my shocks have gone! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Octet, I thought eibachs lowered the front more than the rear? I've got eibachs now. I thought it was 30mm front and 25mm back? Also found under hard braking the nose was diving more than I would like. Not sure I'm a fan of non linear springs tbh. It's a bit unpredictable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Hey I went out for a hard drive today and realised that the car is too low. It was just scraping and bottoming out on any dips in the road as such I wasn't able to drive it hard as I was more concerned about smashing my undercarriage! When I look under the car I'm shocked at exactly how low it is! The stock 370z is low but the arch gap makes it look incredibly high! This is really annoying tbh! I'm lowered on eibach springs and have eibach ARBs installed. I'm wondering what to do now. Stock springs don't look as nice. What about nismo springs? Are nismos lower than stock? But disappointed tbh! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Never use Vaseline. Gummi pflege is the only product Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Any videos of the sound? Also maybe a silly question but is the exhaust on the 2016 nismo different to the older nismos? Is it stainless steel? If I remember correctly the nismo exhaust are also mild steel which is really annoying apart from the tips though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  24. How did it go bud? Did you get the exhaust wrap on? What's the verdict? I'm thinking of doing this now if it helps with the rasp! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. i am having this issue too!! My journey has been all with the stock OEM system: 1. Removed both mid silencers. opened up the exhaust and made it a bit raspy which i didnt mind at all. 2. Added Berks HFC and the raspyness was off the scale! it was stupididly loud 3. Put both mid silencers back in with Berks HFC so it was OEM system with HFC. this was pretty much silent. it was almost stock! 4. Removed one mid silencer and have still got HFC. i love how the car sounds in low RPM. anything higher it just gets really raspy. the heatwrap thing might be soemthing for me to try too. However., ive heard it leads to cracking because my exahsut and manifold is mild steel...can anyone confirm or deny this? thanks
