How's the best way to measure body fat %?

I've been off the gym for 3 months now and I'm getting fat I want lean gains though and I'm worried about getting a bigger belly so don't like to eat as much.

I've used azad fitness training for program and noticed a difference. Great guy

how did you paint the callipers btw and what colour grade is that? looks great! i always fancied yellow against my blue car. considering if i should DIY it or give it to a bodyshop.

car looks great! as discussed, the parts scraping will be the plastic strip in front of both of the wheels. you can unscrew these quite easily. next instead of removing the chin spoiler, i just sanded it down at the high spots. it ends up sanding itself down anyways when you rub lol!

on another note do you have high flow cats or just stock cats? any drone with your exhaust? i have same exhaust with HFC and I'm getting a lot of drone. might be the HFC though so gonna go back to stock cats and see how it sounds

Hey. Video would be great. I find my ark with Berks incredibly loud and drony. It sets the neighbours alarm off in the mornings when I cold start it lol also some vibration which might be the W brace the exhaust might be touching now. You have any issues like that?

Yeah the exhaust tone has totally changed. Adrian your car sounds good! Can't ever appreciate the loudness of an exhaust via video I find but I like the tone of it.

I'll check if it's fouling on the cross brace. Silly question but where is the cross brace?

There was a point when I thought I was getting a lot of crackle and pops from the hfc which I thought was nice but now I think they are odd vibrations lol!

i recently purchased an ark grip exhaust off a local member and installed it along with my existing berks hfc. the volume is insane and the drone is substantial. when i heard the exhaust on his car it was a lot more subtle and this is what i was looking for. so what I'm thinking is:

1. either the berks hfc are the source of the noise and i should go back to stock cats;

2. there is a leak in the exhaust somewhere which is leading to the insane amount of drone and the volume.

is anyone else running this exhaust with HFC and whats the verdict? we didn't have the ark gaskets so the installer used a gasket sealant. I'm considering getting some official gaskets to see if they help to ensure that its definitely not any leaks.

there is also a lot of rattling of the exhaust too so i think it might be contacting some metal part of the car. the heat shield has been removed under the boot because it was already really loose.

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Blimey!! look that the difference in the leather!! did you just thoroughly clean and condition it or actually change the leather? old pics look like its cracked and the after pics looks like its a whole new section you have replaced! well done mate

Recently got an ark grip exhaust and paired it with my Berks HFC. It's so loud though and I'm considering putting my standard cats in. However my standard cats are like 5 years old and have seen 25k miles. Anyone out there with newer cats who want to get rid of theirs?

I've got a lot of underlay in my boot and it helped a bit but not a massive amount.

Now looking to add some mass loaded vinyl underneath the carpet in the boot.

I want to also deaden the doors but couldn't get to the outer door panel. Felt like i was gonna break three doe mechanism :s
