  1. You've not lived until you have a beater lol folks on the road give you so much space, all they're thinking is 'my excess cost more than your car' lol
  2. Might not be much help but modding for numbers isn't an exact science, especially with N/A - there's no hard and fast rule to gains. Whatever you choose to do, do it for the personal enjoyment, do it for the look, for the noise any numbers after that is a tidy bonus imo. Boosted cars have way better bhp/£ ratio for gains lol PS might get better replies in the 370z section......
  3. Bingo, if one is that particular maybe it warrants a beater........ One evening leaving work my 92' Sunny suffered a rear end bump that would have been the Zed, paid for itself in stress alone in the first 12 months haha plus the little 155 section 13's in the snow we had was champion.
  4. Lesson learned hopefully........
  5. Yeh I'd love one of those posh trolley jack's!! I like what it offers over 5w30, so thought I'd give it a try. Being slightly thicker once up to temperature, it'll provide a tad more protection, quieter running and should carry away the heat better too. Will see how I get along with it over the next few thousand miles.
  6. Ahhhh got yah!! Test fit a HR bonnet from a friendly owner...
  7. The oe old tb/potentiometer will need to be mounted much lower and those throttle lobes re mounted so that instead of the oe potentiometer pushing them to open the butterflies, it pulls them in. I'm picturing the lobes 180' from where they are now. Then turn the old tb 90' anticlockwise and swap the linkages, so they pull not push.

    Polished at last!

YES!! my kind of update. #likeamirror Edit: what steps did you take?
  10. Cheers pal I had a wee accident on a previous car with a grooved hockey puck. Because the trolley jack head is a fair bit smaller than the underside of the puck, if not mm perfectly central it'll slip under load and went through body ouch. Perfect for like a Costco big head trolley jack, but not my little low clearance amazon offering sadly. Front jacking point I tend to use here and for the rear, the diff with a piece of wood. Yes pal, right drama's getting rid of the air out of the cylinder itself, primed and job done!!
  11. Hey if you believe it that's the main thing. I believe in Noah's ark, so I can stretch to unbelievable things lol Thank you for your answer.
  12. Yes pal very annoying and if a tyre/s has failed the MOT from wear, the driver cant really jump up and down as we do state its the driver responsibility to check tyres semi regular basis LOL We do ask that a garage call KF fleet to seek an authority, to which the garage can bill us via 1 link for x tyre/s using a kf p/o number.
  13. Ok a genuine question of why 'you' believe we're not alone? I've answered any and all questions honestly, so I would expect the same back in return.
  14. What evidence do you have to suggest otherwise?
  15. Is that not been the case since it went online? Ie once it fails you have no valid mot time remaining......
  16. Same, pulling away would be sheer chance whether it would be smooth or total amature lol thus far it's consistent and smooth take up of drive yay. Yeah posh fluid isn't essential, but as you only doing it once sticking in some high temperature rated stuff is a good idea as the line runs fairly close to the cat. Of the tyre place under the motorway pretty much. I've got some spare thermal heat wrap you can have if you fancy, came as 1m length and only needed 25cm lol
  17. Hey pal, where did you get the new slave from? I'd recommend they bleed the system as normal, if there's any struggle remove and prime the cylinder. I looked high and low for bleeding tips, nothing came up. Definitely get a braided line too if not already planning too. The clutch pedal feel was my biggest gripe with my car, irregular and after a long drive or stop/start traffic it would get worst. Now it's sooooo nice and smooth. Really has improved the drive of the car. I get tyres and wheel alignment by tyres r us on the same road!!! Owner Alan is a sound chap tbf too.
  18. Hi, sounds like driver's side rear O2 sensor. For a 350z t'll plumb into the cat and will have a blue plug.
  19. The concept of this knowledge being stated hundreds of years prior to science/man catching up is the fairy magic. Various detailed account of xyz prior to our understanding is the divine. The writer would not have even known what exactly they were noting down. I know its hard to get ones head around, I really do.
  20. Again evidence is subjective and I have shown real world demonstrations of this but for amusement: If not all guesswork and not from mans knowledge or understanding for the time, it warrants investigation. But again, we believe want we want to believe. http://www.eternal-productions.org/101science.html
