Has anyone on here ever won a big prize? Or know of anyone who has?
I once won a Big Mac and an Apple Pie all together can't say​ anything bigger than that though.

All depends on the circuit, if its tight and twisty the clio/megane would still win, if its somewhere like Silverstone, it would be a different story.
True, I was thinking somewhere like Nurburgring.

I really don't think pure EV vehicles are the future. Hybrid combos are more viable long term. People seem to forget electricity needs to be generated, needs to be supplied at a rate much higher than today's demands to support if all road traffic is on the grid.
Ultimately tech will reach a stage where power is being generated by everything including roads and street furniture via green sustainable means.
Sounds quite likely, the are already pieces of tech that can charge from ambient sound for example and artificial leaves that can photosynthesise better than plants. Surely it's not too far away for mass market production.

Maybe i should just get a new TT, become a hairdresser and be done with it. Audi's virtual cockpit seems to be the most comprehensive.
If you look closely there's a virtual scissor holster and clipper slot to the left...

Hey guys I've managed to catch my rear tyre and cut the sidewall. It's not serious and have been to get it checked out, but wondered what would be good to stick the cut piece back down with for cosmetic purposes.

Call me an idealist, but I want to believe that they are thinking as I do, simply that the deterrents were not big enough to hurt the rich.
If you lose 75% of one week is it really going to make you stop? A football player on £150k a week might have to tell his tailor to hold the suit for a week or two extra, or put of buying his Bentley continental until the week after.... Not really going to change much there is it?
A much harsher points system would probably have more merit. Money is really a nonsense as driving habits are related to the drivers personality not their salary.

The boot is empty right now whilst I install sound proofing. But day to day the car will have the following scattered around the various cubby's:
Jump leads
Sunglasses
Phone charger
iPod for music
Cloth for front screen
IODB reader
Mints
Spare battery for the key fob (just incase)
Various coins for parking
And mini screwdriver or spare battery useless?

I don't think my S6 edge did...
The module is so out of date now, I'd be surprised if much that's new would work with it
Great phone though - I'd get rid of the godawful OEM stereo and put something decent in! Not a difficult job
Definitely the way forward. I had the BT module and it was very flaky from S4 onwards. Fit a nice head unit and let your car catch up with the modern world of communications! í ½í±
