The tyre roar on the 370 is quite noticeable but easily remedied with a sporty exhaust note

got my watch today Been a long wait but now it's here

After much anticipation and Internet trawling, avidly following the lead up to the launch of the Apple watch I originally pre ordered the SS + Milanese loop on April 10th but cancelled my order shortly after launch day because I read several hyped up internet tales of it not working with tattooed people (I'm very heavily tattooed) and I thought £600 for a smart watch that wouldn't work due to my tats was to say at the least very disappointing but after lots more internet research and a visit to my local Apple Store where I had a very long chat/try on session with a heavily tattooed Apple worker who let me try out his watch rather than the store watches which are in demo mode, it quickly became apparent to me that the only restrictions I faced due to my tats was the hr monitor wouldn't work correctly (which I was already aware) meaning some of the fitness aspects won't work very well and the wrist detection would need to be disabled rendering Apple pay useless for me (which I have no interest in) other than that all other functions seemed to work ok, all notifications etc came through and all seemed well so I re ordered, but after spending time looking at all the options I decided to go for the space grey sport and added the black leather loop as imo that combination is So after having to endure what seemed like an eternity waiting I've finally got my dispatch notification and should get my new toy in the next day or so and I can't wait If it's something that appeals to you then go for it (I'm a big Apple fan, a watch fan and a gadget fan so it ticks plenty of boxes for me) It's a gen 1 product that will undoubtedly be improved over time but imo it's totally worth it, but as others have stated try it and if you're not completely satisfied you have 14 days to return it

Spotted a nice looking white 350 z convertible on halfords car park in sheldon around 4pm, I was in the silver 370 two spaces up

Absolutely agree, will be visiting an Apple Store soon, fingers x'd for a suitable workaround

cancelled my order due to reported problems with tattooed wrists Both my wrists are completely covered so unless Apple release an update or workaround I won't be getting one

Feel for you had a similar situation myself last summer I had to mount the kerb as some dopey cow decided she wasn't going to give way after I got halfway along a line of cars parked on the RH side, ended up gouging a lump out of my tyre and got a nasty scuff on my alloy, it was either jump up the kerb or have this tw@t in her £500 nail right off my front end, got out to have a word and she sped off absolute morons on the road at times really boils my pi$$

If I had 30k in my car kitty I think I'd go out on a limb and get a v8 twin turbo lotus esprit..... Not the fastest for the money and certainly not the most reliable but for me absolute heaven

What are you going to be like next year when they announce another gadget I think I may burst I'm the same every September at every Apple launch but this time round it came early so I'll be getting over excited again in 5 months for the next iPhone launch I NEED MY WATCH

Been a while since my last update, had a p3, diff and GB oil change at CS in October and added a bit more carbon again through mitz at CS Seibon NS front lip Had to drive up on to bricks to get the jack under the car Then after the weather finally got better and I had some free time I added my Seibon NS rear spoiler
