  1. I've traded down so I can save towards a house, see my post from earlier Mini Cooper s coupe
  2. Hi, I've recently sold my 2010 370z so no longer have use for this item Silver (not sure of colour code) bonnet FREE to any member on here if you can collect Good condition, couple of small scratches/chips FREE FREE FREE Hopefully a member on here can give this bonnet a home FREE TO COLLECT pm me for address if you or someone you know can use this, thanks Andy
  3. ^^^ re timing chain tensioner, been looking on Internet and seems rattling noise when cold/at start up is a good indication, I remember something similar to this when I bought my x100 jag a few years back
  4. They sorted the new tensioner in 2011 so it might have it already. I fitted the new version to my GFs 2008 R56S and it is a lot quieter now. Hopefully it's the new version fitted, don't mean to sound daft here but how do I tell if it's the old or new type ?
  5. Good call on the tensioner I'll find out if it's the later version fitted (fingers x'd it is) Lol I went for the backwards cap version because as strange as it may sound there seemed more room for the driver (me) and my passenger (Mrs) as the seats can slide back a bit further due to no back seats Plus after trying both the hatch and the coupe I definitely preferred the coupe and tbf if I'd gone for the hatch I probably wouldn't want people climbing in the back anyway
  6. Been doing lots of research (Google etc) the oil usage is mentioned quite often so I'll be sure to keep the level monitored, my zed has given me 2 years of great fun trouble free motoring but as you say 'for the greater good' It will be worth it when the Mrs and I can get a house, as much as I like my flat I'm longing for a garden and my own drive/garage
  7. Decided the time was right to sell my 370 as Mrs tatooandy and I are looking to get a house in the near future, I'll miss my zed but needs must Found this little beauty at the right price ...... 1.6 turbo, 2 seats and a bucketload of fun wrapped up in a fairly economical but still quite sporty package So my beloved zed is getting rehomed later today and I'll be picking up my new toy
  8. finally got a thumbs up from a fellow zed, red 370 with a big wing
  9. Sounds... meat-a-licious There's a website I use for my ejuice that has amongst its many flavours roast chicken and roast beef flavour ejuice, although I've never quite fancied trying them
  10. ^^^ thanks for the link, I'll give that one a try
  11. I've tried several different fruity/sweet flavours since I started vaping, my favourites were strawberry milkshake and pinkman (mixed fruit with a hint of citrus) by vampire vapes, but for the last few months I've been mixing my own, for a while I couldn't get enough cherry cola but now I seem to have moved away from the sweet juices in favour of either coconut ice (creamy coconut with cool menthol) or my current favourite plain menthol from decadent vapes
  12. Congrats GMB on quitting the nicotine, I'm still very attached to my ecig, currently using 12mg, been cigarette (roll up) free since beginning of Dec '14 I was spending around £120 pm on smoking, as I make my own ejuice it's currently costing me about £3 per week to vape so as well as benefitting from not smoking I'm saving too My better half started using ecig end of last January and like you she steadily reduced her nicotine until she was nicotine free and then quit completely, she's been nicotine free and ecig free now for around 8 weeks so fwiw I think ecigs are a great way to get off the cigarettes/tobacco
  13. Wow, just wow You lucky lucky man Great car, not at all jealous, congrats on your new extremely gorgeous new toy
  14. I had to get the back sprayed due to some damage so took advantage of getting the badges removed. They are just stuck on so should come off with dental floss Sweet, think I'll be getting the fishing line out later to give this a go, I've wanted to remove them for a while but wasn't sure if they were attached with lugs or were just stuck on
  15. ^^^ looks great, are they just stuck on ? I want to do mine as I too prefer the debadged look
  16. I like to think there's a subtle overlap between iphone and apple watch and imo they compliment each other very well
  17. .W.hen they were first announced I couldn't wait, I got very excited .A.nd then there was the unfortunate development regarding tattoos shortly after launch, it was tagged as tattoogate .T.hen it transpired tattoogate was greatly exaggerated, so watch was re ordered .C.hecking daily followed as I was a late order I had to deal with the long, long, long wait for delivery .H.appy now as I have my shiny, shiny new toy and could not be more pleased
  18. Unfortunately not at the moment, Apple watch needs to be tethered to an iPhone right now so it's more of an accessory than a replacement, I love watches of all shapes and sizes so for me it's a great timepiece as well as a functional accessory to my phone, unnecessary maybe, but at the same time completely essential if it floats your boat, I'm a big fan so all the justification I needed was....... I liked it, I wanted it, I got it x2
  19. I got the SS with ML too, couldn't choose which I preferred, my wonderful wife agreed to let me keep both, I'm very spoilt
  20. Yep, I've had Dave at dent craft do work on my previous car (xkr) did a fantastic job, very friendly and welcoming place
