I'll admit when i first started detailing I presumed sealant would be the last stage i.e. seal everything in! Which I guess it does but its meant to bond to the paint i.e. seal in the clean paint surface after a deep clean and wax. No harm in putting it on last it just won't last as long.

2! I only have the one and all my music is lossless Itunes is currently at 22k songs!!! One has all my music that's under 30 minutes in length and the other has all my mixtapes on it. Also need one for whilst the other one is charging in the car or syncing back at home. I don't play and charge because of the high pitch whine, fixing that looked too complicated!

Don't think you can have the sides done as the factory tint is pretty close to the UK limit. I had dark smoke (one below limo) on my side quarters and the rear window, it cost about £80. The guys I used refused to do the sides, but the cost including the sides would have been £100. Pic's in the build thread in my signature. I used the same guys as 14N (middle link in the post above), couldn't fault them, they are based in Dudley (West Midlands). When I was looking the general costs for all windows (including sides) seemed to be £150-£180.

Do you have any details on the dipped centre console, I take it was black base coat then a gloss finish but it really pops so was wondering if there is some other color going on in there

Waited 2.5 hours for the most uninterested repair guy. He tried to tell me the resivouir had probably cracked. So I unscrewed the bolt and showed it hadn't. Then told me my vehicle was too large for him to tow and because it was rwd he'd need a longer tow bar? He then said it would be another 2 hours for a recovery vehicle! I at least got him to refill the coolant which he did but said his coolant was a bit watery, which was nice! Waited 2 hours got, bored and drove round the block a few times. No issues so I drove home in the dark and rain, everything was fine. Looks like I'll need to give the motor a clean or pop up to the Cougar store.

Hopefully getting recovered to japex.

Okay I'm learning stuff. Turned the engine on and AC on and only the passenger side fan was turning. I gave the driver side one a spin and it started running. Does this mean the driver side one is bad?

How do I check the fans. I've let it cool down and turned the engine on to idle. Oil temp is about 15 and engine temp seems to be holding steady Just before this happens I did over rev in first for about 30 seconds moving in slow traffic and trying to plug in a charger.!

I'll let the repair man fix it

Temp gauge was in the red. Coolant has dropped below min. Is it drivable? I'm in Weybridge on the way to Birmingham.

Hi just driving along in slow traffic and I notice white smoke coming out from the bonnet. Pop the bonnet and the coolant is boilng over. So at least it's steam and not smoke. I've let it cool off but what do I do? The oil gauge had dropped to zero as well

the passenger side is the same measurements as the drivers side, so if you've done one side you can use it as a guide for the other.

The B-Pillars (shiny black plastic)? they just pop off, open the door, stick a flat headed screwdriver behind them and pop them off. As for affix new ones depends on what your doing. Most people just wrap the old ones and pop them back on.

I got mine from Tarmac, there were no markings, Tarmac just supplied just measurements. It was a group buy on here earlier in the month. If you search for the group buy and post there someone might still have the instructions lying around or you could just ask Tarmac for them. The easiest thing to do is just take off the OEM skirt and use it as a guide. One piece of advice make the holes you drill longer along the length so you have some wiggle room.

They are not circular caps, they have 2 pegs. If you took the Nissan badge of the cap in your link and held it on with 2 pegs that's what I'm looking for.
