There was I thinking this would turn into the latest Z shed Xmas story!
Glad it appears to have been an easy fix.
-
Bob, I hope it's nothing major but whatever it turns out to be it couldn't be in better hands to sort it.
-
Graham, I agree with all the above but would like to add that stepping down as a moderator doesn't let you completely off the hook. I am sure we will still see plenty of papa surf both on here and at events.
Happy, moderator, retirement!

I got £6.5k for mine last year 55 plate with 110,000 on the clock which given all the work done and the mileage I thought was reasonable - but I did have to haggle over two days to get it, originally offered £5k
-
If you had used slightly smaller tiles you could have had your very own chess board!
The floor looks great and I'm sure your Rosie will be very happy in there

Welcome, enjoy your Z and where are the pics?

Declare Z as sorn for Dec, Jan, Feb by a runabout for peanuts sell it in March for similar money. Money saved on tax n fuel will go towards work plus you can stop worrying about the fluffy white stuff. Also, you don't have to worry about all the road salt causing rust and chips.
Mine is only a weekender anyway but sorn saves approx £150 and for the number of times I would use it in winter that's money worth saving !

Can I vote for the Martinmac tribute montage to be included in this year's calender plus an option to make a donation to a charity in Martin's name.

It was a lovely send off for Martin today, the church was packed with people, perfect speeches that brought a smile and a tear.
We passed on the thoughts and love from everyone here and Liz said she had received a printout of everyone's comments from the forum and was very touched.
There will be a big hole left for many people with martins passing. I was always so impressed with the way he went out of his way to help me out over the past 4-5 years on here. Then talking to people over the past few weeks and seeing all the posts on here you realise he was doing the same thing for loads of people. Going out of his way to help others out. He was a gem and will be greatly missed. The forum will not be the same without him.
Here was the token we passed on to Liz and the family. Great work Colin and stu for putting this together, a perfect tribute.
Joe - your dad really was a legend

Just had an apology email in response to mine earlier today.
It seems mine is the last one to be completed, being tested and couriered out tomorrow.
That will teach me to order 370Z in blue !!!
-
Sorry to hear about your dad, hopefully you have many good memories to look back on.
-
Cascade88, that is slightly worrying for me as I still haven't had mine or any notification on despatch date.
Time for another email!
-
Happy birthday Chris, at least you have a watertight shed to party in.

Enough posters have slated your speed so I won't bother, over the years i have have been caught speeding several times, best bet is be repentant and accept what is coming, at the speed you have posted the fine alone is likely to mean you need to sell the Z, as such I have to agree with those that say sell it, it can only make you look more repentant. Also, it really needs to be insured and taxed to be able to allow test drives etc so if you end up with a ban your insurance is likely to be invalid and it will be much harder to actually sell also, if potential buyers know you are banned they will offer silly money.
Good luck with the court date and hopefully you get a sympathetic hearing.
Whatever the outcome learn from the experience

Always loved the look of the classic quattro and this looks amazing.
-
Pritchard, good job it was only your head and nothing important - ha ha
Hope it doesn't hurt to much!!
-
I hope all the flooding doesn't cause any issues with the family's funeral plans
-
I hope Mrs K didn't make too much mess bleeding all over the place!!
Looking good, and should provide somewhere nice and warm ready for the Z sheds Xmas story 2015

I can tell immediately that you are a man of taste as you have the same car as me
Will, surely your comment assumes you too are a man of taste !! Ha ha -just kidding

Mk2 Ford Escort, bought it in Jan '83 for £400 and got 'T' boned that easter in Newquay.
Shortest period I owned a vehicle was the Escort's predecessor, a brand new Honda MTX125 which I had for six whole weeks before having a head on with a Triumph TR7.
Neither accident was my fault but it was a period of financial pain and a step learning curve.

Just had an update email,
Appologising for delay and advising all orders will be fulfilled very shortly.
Hopefully we should all see the kits in the next few days.
-
Miller,
I agree, it is frustrating, I expect better service from such a Company, Even an email updating the order would be something but to take our money and leave us hanging is very disappointing.
-
Dan,
I think that's a great idea.
Will,
Please pass on our best wishes and, I am sure, the best wishes of all forum members.

Manners, the police will almost certainly have witness details, contact them and I am sure they will pass on your message of thanks.
Glad you are okay, the car is easy to replace, the same cannot be said of people.
