  1. I'm all for new technologies in Motorsport but Formula E just makes me think of this:
  2. Thought I'd commented in here again, apparently not! Picked one of these up a few weeks ago with some body prep shampoo conditioner and Auto glym Aqua Wax. Pretty much followed your lead Dean and washed car first, then clayed panel by panel, followed by a final rinse and application of Aqua Wax. I was so happy with the results until the rain came two days later and put my three hours of work back to square 1
  3. Thanks for the review, very useful, I didn't know these existed. I haven't been a fan of traditional claying so this seems like the perfect alternative. Will definitely be giving this a try
  4. Always loved the '68-'69 Mustangs. Superb shape and great heritage, that looks in fantastic condition.
  5. I'm not a fan of graphics but they fit in really well with the colour of the car
  6. Welcome I'm having a similar problem but it's coming from the suspension top mount...from the sound of it. Definitely not trim. So far I've replaced the gas strut and still the creaking/clicking continues. Hope you have better luck!
  7. Sorry if this is a repost, but I think the in-car banter in this video is just brilliant
  8. I contacted Cybox a while back to see whether they had anything similar for the 350z. They didn't, but did say if I could get the car up to them they'd see what they could do. Might be worthwhile for someone looking for cheap exhaust noise.
  9. Just finished giving mine a clean down following a spirited drive down some twisty roads in the afternoon sun Here's to a dry week! Hopefully...
  10. Ah, different then. Yours is likely to be something rubbing together if its coming from the dashboard?
  11. Looks great, very unique, I've always wondered why no one has thought to put the 370z rear bumper on the 350...the answer was obviously all the work thats involved
  12. Hmm thats a little disappointing my noise is definitely coming from the rear strut though. Jumping up and down in a stripped boot with a firm ear to the rear brace confirms that. Is your noise anything like this?
  13. Tempted myself by the HSD's. How would you rate them? Are they noticeably stiffer than standard when driving normally?
  14. The removal should be the same as the linked guide? The sat nav sits independently of the BOSE unit. Removing the trim will be the same.
  15. I'd be interested if theres a potential group buy to be had
  16. One drive home last night was enough to coat mine in a fresh layer of crap 24 hours to undo 3 hours worth of work!
  17. I know it isn't well favoured on here but..I dug out some T-Cut Scratch Remover today and had a go at some car park scuffs today. The results were great. And for a drying towel I can wholeheartedly recommend the Megs Water Magnet. £12 on Amazon and worth every penny
  18. Looking good Gave mine its first thorough detail of the year and removed some winter car park scuffs
  19. I'm having the same problem with mine at the moment, coming from NSR suspension strut by the sound of it. Stripped it out and replaced the shrivelled gasket with a new rubber one that I made, regreased and reinstalled. And the problem is still there. Next may be to replace the top mount bushings with the KYB SM5482 kit but I'm not sure if this is the necessary fix
  20. Used everyday, nothing beats walking out of work and climbing into the Zed for a blast home
  21. I've bought most of my gear from Go Outdoors, if you have a store near you, well worth a visit and the prices are pretty good.
  22. oh, maybe its on the inside on yours?? I truly hope not! I can imagine that being more hassle than its worth.
  23. I've tried T Cut on mine and it didn't make a difference think this month I'm going to try one of the Mothers Headlight Restoration Kits. Pricey, but should guarantee a good finish?
  24. Welcome I'm also just down the road from you in Hinckley
