If it's the sub amp there is a quick fix on YouTube . . I ripped my sub and it's small amp out and fit a new head unit and sub+amp and still using the bosa main amp and 4 speakers and it sounds mint. It's a easy job to do your self Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I new a lad in a ford Orien who did that it looked ace and bounced all over the road !!!!!! And don't for get spring clamps lol... I'm after the same thing to drop my Z but can't make up my mind on what to do coil overs or lowering springs. But with putting 30 profile tyres on the ride as gone a lot harder... Iv miss matched pairs before it will do no harm really. It's just if u put a different type off tyre on the back the grip will be different from front to back if u get what I mean ie more grip front less back when cornering the back will drift out and same in the rain Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Iv had the Avon,s on the focus ST and only just removed them from my nissan because I up graded the alloys. But for around 115£ fitted I was very happy. Iv just put Toyo's all round on the new alloys.
