Sorry to see how bad that bumper turned up, I have had two regular bumpers sent via courier and one was not wrapped as well as it could have been but had bubble wrap polystyrene cardboard etc, there was damage in two of the corners similar to yours which was very likely cause by the courier throwing it about, I was warned this could happen before it was sent and it would not be covered as they are likely to be damaged, the other one came in an original bumper box and was perfect. If there was insurance included then why have the couriers not paid out? If it was perfect when it left the seller should also be in contact to help resolve things with you. There is an old saying you can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. I feel sorry for Greg at trade link as this type of slagging off could put future customers off visiting him when in fact he is just a regular guy running a specialised car business, I think the op before posting this rant should have at the very least either called up trade link to discuss his disappointment with Greg or approached him personally before leaving the showroom as I'm sure Greg would have sorted out the issue there and then. In my opinion it's a bit of a cowardly act to type all this silly stuff that supposedly happened which if it even did was from one op's view which seems to have been exaggerated by any standard. I have met Greg at his open day and found him approachable and friendly, Reviews online can be a good thing but I do think people lie and abuse them trying to discredit businesses which can be very damaging and painful to the owners of the business especially smaller businesses. If you are driving on the road and want a quiet ride stick to dual mass flywheel and buy a standard clutch oem kit. If you don't mind a bit of noise stuck in traffic 1-2000 rpm and want a heavy duty clutch for track days drift and road use go for the single mass fly and get a better quality clutch, the xtreme is the latest one everyone is trying out it's about £700 My clutch was going and I changed it today for a competition stage 2 with single fly" tried and tested "with the help of two friends who had done many before, it was no easy job and involved a fair bit of hard core work.i am well happy with the results and can't wait yo take it to wales.
