Lets just say you need to becareful when bolting to the boot, do to the boot material, it's easy to dent. But on a brighter note, my boot is coming off before the wing!

Option one will be the easiest bud. Obviously mine was closer forward, as I don't remember mine being that much of a gap between the boot and the feet. Sillicon is your cheapest and easiest option

CnC Machine it? It will be metal, but if you can find the measurements or even better the G-Codes, I can get these made up no problem.

Is it ? Can handle multiple maps. I.e. Eco, Track, Launch Control etc. I think the later UK models do too, just not the UK early DE

Double check there are no breaks in the seals. Could try with roof down, windows up, and check each side are level etc with a reference point.

Drive with the roof down, and you will never notice
