I must admitt I saw one, just one, on the a12 I believe it was, grey/silver colour. TBF though it was pitch black as I drove home in the middle if the night as I caught an earlier ferry so not much of an experiment. I didnt really see many cars lol, I was on my own on the m3 for a good while. I will keep my eyes peeled, I'm off work for the next 4 days though! Woop

Yes I definatly know what they look like lol, I thought about buying one at one stage but decided against it. Not to mention the ones I encounter through meets with the zclub etc. I'm guessing your just not as observant as myself, a lot of them are silver it seems. Maybe there just arnt many in London for some reason it is a seperate country within the uk after all, it's a weird place. As I say il try to remember to count on the way home tomorrow, it's a 3.5 hour drive on the uk side so should be plenty of oppertunity to see some.

The general public are idoits. You probably shouldn't of done it's a bit chavy and annoying if nothing else, but hell we have all done it. I remember spinning out in my Capri at your age drifting a round about in rush hour, no harm done but I deserbed the rant the older chap gave me who saw it unfold. When your young you do silly things. When your old you get unnecessarily grumpy and intolerant.

Top 10 deadliest cars.......the 350Z at number 1 ! Dec 2013.
z32bolt replied to JEMAN's topic in 350Z General
I wouldn't worry about it, statistics say whatever is profitable for them to say. From a country that makes the viper rt which wants to kill you for looking at it funny they cone up with that. A friend of mine crashed his 350 after hitting black ice at motorway speeds, rolled it a few times and got without a mark, car was a write off though obv. Give those same owners a corsa and they would still kill themselves. Guns don't kill people, people do. -
Anyone else seen an I8 (that new BMW) yet?

Literally everywhere. There seems to me loads in Dorset and hants, but I see them on the motorway and literally anywhere. If I remember il count how many I see in the way home tomorrow. Bear in mind I do a fair few miles, about a thousdand a week on average all over the place. Admittedly I can't remember seeing any since I arrived in Europe on Monday but that's nothing off really. Seen two ferraris California's a lambo mercelago and a tesla today.
-
I see hundreds of them, on a daily basis it's not uncommon to run out of fingers. I only ever bother to report sightings of enthusiast looking owned cars like the one in the que on Monday for the channel tunnel.

Any pictures of his car?

Unfortunately I was driving and he boarded the train before me. I was in my van, so sadly not a multi generational z encounter.

Blue body black roof wide arched body kitted 350z getting on the euro tunnel at about 9am this morning.

Hi guys thankyou very much today for your support. Some good solid numbers. I would like however to appologise to anyone from this club who left out. I say this because. Sadly despite the efforts of a kind member of 300zx.co.uk who printed out those bits of paper with zclub written on them the stewards seperated out the new shape, z33/34 cars away from the rest, guiding them to a seperate plot. This was accident not something we encouraged or created. These things happen. Once again thankyou for attendance, here's to the next z chassis meet. -

Entry is from half 9 so the current plan is to meet at the Applemore tescos for 9am, it's about five minutes away through the forest. -
Saw two 350z's earlier, both in the Bmth area. I wouldn't normal put up a spotted because I'd be posting half a dozen a day with the miles I do. Black one about half four, near charminster iirc which had a 350z-uk sticker. An azure blue body kitted cabriolet about 5pm on turbury park avenue. I was out in my z32 so you probably spotted me rather than when I'm in my secret squirrel caddy van.

As per the initial post it's £10 for adults and £5 for children, this gives to access to all attractions on site, I will check that. This only applies if your arriving in Japanese vechile though, otherwise you will be arriving as a spectator only and be paying full entry to the site which is £18 for an adult or for a family 2 adults 2 kids £47 odd quid, so quite a saving on entrance fees. -

We will be sorting things out between us both I believe mate, I'm already here on and anyways I will make sure to keep the information current between Zclub, 300zx.co.uk and 350uk so don't worry. They do normally state that you should arrive together, last year we had a fantastic convoy in from the applemore tescos, you can see some pics of that in the initial post by Si. However a few latecomers easily made their way to us, we had by far the largest single marque group! I believe so has already spoken about something a little more concrete around our stand. Any issues give either of us a shout and we can fill you in. -

Just to jog some memories and will be starting to push, this little gem In the calendar is fast approaching, sneaking up us. Let start getting some proper numbers. Last year had a damn good turn out. Plenty of late spec zeds such as the 350, so let's get this show going. I think we covered every z chassis from the original to present day with no gaps, that's a real achievement. There really isn't anything quite like 30-40 different zeds rumbling through the forest in convoy. -
I have a 2+2 300zx you can fit a fair amount in them, I have been known to take it to B&Q to bring back wood, I can get a full length in the zed. My caddy, yes a van can't take a full length of wood and requires it to be cut down... Rubbish. I've just brought a roof rack for the van though so problem solved.

Each region can set their own limits and fines. Why oh why I have no idea, the corse is now £150 in Dorset.

Female, less than half tidy, attended japfest and knows nothing about cars. Odds on she was one of the promo trolls, I mean girls.

I'd be surprised if those m cars are lighter? Is it not an indication of the weight distribution or power to weight being off.
