Hi everyone, I have been asked on many occasions to see if I can do anything with your dirty looking throttle body, so I am going to start polishing or painting them whichever you want. (This is NOT a cleaning service ) This is a bling up of your existing throttle body, you will have to send me your Own one off your car and I will turn it around in a couple of days for you, it will be all masked up so no dirt will get inside, the price will be £39 including postage back to you The last 2 pics show the effect

If the front engine cover is off then yes I can do it but if its on the car then I would paint it

Just read through again and one thing I noticed is that I Never disconnect the battery when changing over the Plenum

Hi mate, just recheck yourself through it all I've done more than 20 myself and never had this problem but it does seem to crop up from time to time, make sure the Maff is clicked into place properly and the throttle body, also check the pipe is connected under the induction pipe

Nothing to do with fuel, it's going to be oil related as to my guess it sounds as if the level hasn't been checked in a while
