    Your first presumption is that the oil would have been changed, there are tons of horror stories about of yes yes yes they changed the oil but hey aft checking it they had not changed it even though you have paid them for it, so Do Not trust them on that one, Check your oil (bet it's low) if it is low top it up then check your pressure

    Yes use the socket type they do crack when you undo them, crack them all before removing any
