  1. Left a bit of room on the side to allow the cargo net to be fitted. Fitment is as exactly as i wanted, snug. Needs a good two handed shove to push it into place, but i'm happy that they won't move around whilst driving. Takes a good two handed shove to get it back out to
  2. Had a little spare time this afternoon, so finished a box. Wish i'd done my forward facing one first, but this was the only one that i had brought home.
  3. No lol, this sub is 1400watt and needs something a little, more powerful.
  4. I can help you out with a subwoofer box
  5. Around that price, but best wait till i actually put the things together and do a classifieds add. I don't want to upset any traders or break any forum rules. I changed the angle of the box by one degree and that was enough to clear the base, perfect fit
  6. Thanks fella Thanks for the tip, but it's all in hand. I want them to be snug so they stay in place, the last thing you need is a bass box moving about whilst driving. Quickly draped the material over and test fitted, its a bit ruffled at the bottom but you get the idea. Just waiting for my terminals to turn up, once i fit those i can start gluing them together Thanks bud, took my time to get these right. The Bose subwoofer is 10inch, but very shallow. One is staying with me and the other will go in the classifieds, will be much cheaper than shipping one from the US anyway. Keeping the original as a template should i get interest for more
  7. Tweaked the design a bit and managed to get the sub to fit with out the stupid spacer ring Looks like it very close the brace at the top, but it has around 5mm gap and could be lowered a couple of mm too. I knocked up a rear facing version too, this again lets the sub sit correctly with no spacer(zenclosures cant). My current collection lol And the monster sub that these boxes are designed around. http://uk.jbl.com/product-detail-gto/gto1014.html
  8. Got a full std system, but cut the pipe before the backbox to fit into the back of the zed. In rochdale if you want to come and have a look at it.
