Can I ask why? I don't have any experience with technology behind brakes and such but I would assume they be much better then without, unless its just for cost? I will be replacing my disks and pads soon and was going to go that route. Thanks

My 2003 JDM is lovely and smooth at low revs, my clutch biting point is very low though (actually pretty scarily low). I find it harder to keep it smooth on higher biting clutches in different cars, not sure why. I suppose you would call my shift from first to second slow when travelling in traffic, it's hard to explain in text but I think you just need to take the shift slower, just don't ride the clutch. It plays on my mind being getting hit with the stigma of that young jerk in a nice looking car and hahhaa look at him bunny hopping down the road and in any car, it's very embarrassing, worse then a stall.

OK the ad is wrong and if the the car is otherwise sound that could be a good negotiating point especially if, like many, you wanted to change the Bose and are not bothered by cloth seats that you could/might also want to change aside from being lighter. Just for thoughts I was thinking the same, but the engine is seized and it's cat c, flood damage apparently but the guy reckons no water went in the floors which I find hard to believe and he's pretty sketchy with any other details I request. Looked at it as a nice 08 plate 350z for about 8k when finished but it doesn't really seem worth the risk to open pandoras box.

I used mycarcheck.com gold service, £10 +/- Done the job for me, not sure how different other services are but I would imagine an HPI check to be pretty much generic across the board

Am I right in thinking this car is NOT a GT model due to the lack of leather seats and the cruise control settings on the steering wheel? I also noticed the top cover on the 'rear brace thingy in the boot' was only a carpet material, no aluminium 350z logo etc

Can't wait to jump on after a few beers tonight and try and catch up with some of you lot now that it appears I won't be doing zed fest. I've spent a few hours every night this week trying to get to the location but it didn't go to plan, had some great experiences though and loved every minute of it. I've had my Zed a few weeks now and I love it to bits, it needs some tlc but that's why I bought it, to get to know the cars better and gain knowledge, plus it makes the car feel like its really mine afterwards. But I'm still hunting around looking at other Zeds, I almost hit the buy it now button again last night.... What does this mean?
