New to the forum, thought i'd share my Z!
Payco replied to Foxy Bingo's topic in Introductions & Welcome Messages
Welcome to a great place.Car looks like a great example.Enjoy the journey. -
There are things I would change on the navigation around the site, however as Col has stated above this site is free and is run by dedicated folk, some of whom once owned z's and no longer do. Despite this they give their valuable time to making this arguably the best car forum out there to which we should all be very thankful for. Lets not forget the guys who run this have jobs, families and lives of their own yet still find many hours of their personal time to ensure the site is maintained. Keep up the good work team, the site is a credit to you and the members on it. Martin

Not at all. Will be good to meet you. -
Here you are Mike. They are spot on. I am a perfectionist and so is the guy who fitted it for me. They protrude 5mm, just enough to show the ARK wording on the tips. Sounds just as good as the ARK I fitted on my 350z. No rasp, just a lovely deep burble. Would be good to see you at the South East meet I have arranged for Sept. Martin

More progress completed yesterday. Firstly car was dropped on Tein Springs. The Ark dual grip exhaust was fitted but not without major issues. Be careful if you buy one to fit on the Mark 2 Nismo, The tailpipes sit deep into the rear valance and cannot be seen and don't align. I took the decision to have the pipes cut, a sleeve put in the rear section to extend it and have it welded. The final result is fine but its an added cost. The second challenge was the 25mm spacers do not work on the car if dropped on the Teins. The rears rub instantly. I removed the spacers completely and all the wheelS now sit flush. Few photos of the exhaust when first fitted so you can see the issue. Have added a photo of how she now looks. Will post some better photos when the sun comes out to play.

Candy red for me FTW.

I have removed my 370z Nismo exhaust today and replaced it. The exhaust is off a 2016 MK2 Nismo with 1020 miles on the clock so is in practically new condition. My wife wants it out the garage asap so I am pricing it to sell quickly at £300 Collection only from Haywards Heath (20 mins south from Gatwick). PM me if interested. Martin

Thanks Ekona but it's meant to work on the upshift too which Matt has now explained.

Just tried using the auto rev match on my new Nismo 370z and it is only working on the downshift.Does anyone have any advice or clue as to why it isn't working on the upshift ?. Thanks Martin

Flyn, never too late. Add your name. -
The long wait from May to August finally ended yesterday when i took the train down to RS Direct in Bristol to collect my 350z replacement. The team at RS Direct are a credit to the motoring trade. The service was second to none and it was refreshing to purchase from true car enthusiasts. I have a few things happening to the car next week and will post more photos of the car later today and progress next week. For time being here is a photo of a happy me picking it up yesterday.
