I had my new rims fitted last week and on my first drive in the car today the tyre pressure sensor light came on. Research suggests I need to take the sensors out the valves on the OEM rims and fit them on my new valves and have the sensors reset. Sounds a pain to do now I have the new rims on. Anyone fitted aftermarket rims that can share their experience of this ?

As it is well documented I have replaced my Mark 2 Nismo wheels with my new Work Emotions. My Nismo rims are now up for sale. They are the original rims supplied on the car new in 2016, They have just 5,654 miles on the Bridgestone Potenza tyres. The rims have been maintained religiously by me every weekend. The insides are as clean as the outsides (sorry have OCD when it comes to my z). I have a very very small scratch on one outer lip but aside from that they are as good as new. The spokes are currently wrapped in 3M Deep Space to go with my wrap but can be easily removed without making any damage to them. Nissan wants silly money for these new so don't even look. I have priced them to sell now at a very low price of £1,500.00 collected from Haywards Heath. Willing to meet someone within an hour if needed. Lots of photos attached but feel free to PM me too.

No mate, just bonnet and mirrors remaining to be wrapped.

Appreciate the feedback guys. Not everyone’s taste but as I say if we all did the same mods this would be a dull old place. Will look better when the bonnet is wrapped in a couple of weeks.

19’s guys. No matter how I try I can’t get the look across in photos. I get lots of approvals when folk see it for themselves. Accept everyone has an opinion though otherwise life would be boring.

The long wait to fit them today was over. Couldn't have had a worse day for weather so only 2 quick pictures. As with the wrap they look so much better in the flesh. I am very happy with them.

Thanks mate. The wrap changes colour very similar to the flip they used to have on the TVR Tuscan. Found a video below as there are so many colours. Its anything from golden bronze to green dependent on the angle and light reflection. My rims going on are the same and I am getting the bonnet wrapped to match in two weeks. Will post some photos Tuesday once the rims are on.

Was asking what 3 colours I already have as I only have asterism and white. Not trying to be clever buddy, just making sure my photos tell the tue story.

What 3 colours buddy. Not sure about the decals. Have white ones but not sure if I will fit them yet. The gold is more bold and shiny in the flesh.Turquoise would be a different colour too.

Can’t say it was a pleasure going but driving back in my Nismo listening to Brighton beat Palace was a real joy.

In preparation for my much anticipated Work Emotion asterism black rims being put on next week I took my car to my favorite paint shop - RT Performance last weekend. Left the car with Taras to paint them gold. Thanks Zippy for suggesting that colour as opposed to purple and thanks to Ekona for endorsing it. Really pleased with the results. Wheels going on Tuesday so watch this space.

I tend to agree, however I did fit them on my rota GTR s on my 350z and they worked well. I am about to put my new work emotions on my Nismo that cost a fortune and I’m torn whether to put rimblades on or not. Think I am opting not but may get some and see how they look up against them. In my mind it’s a trade off between ruining the look versus protecting the rim.

want the same specs as currently on the car Ekona.

Cant get front and backs from Michelin in the sizes needed. Spoke to their head office on the phone. They don't produce that size in any tyre.

Ok. Wanted to fit MPS4s or MPS4 on my new rims. 285/35/35/R19 and 245/40/R19 BUT having spoken to Michelin they don't do the fronts. What other tyres can folk recommend that are good for road use in wet but mostly dry conditions. Need to order them today. Thanks in advance Payco
