Speed awareness courses make no difference to insurance. You are not legally obliged to tell them either I know this as the guy who conducted my speed awareness course last year said these words himself

I had a mondeo ST a couple of years ago and was pleasantly surprised with the speed of the thing, how well it handled and the fact that I could move house with it! Rear seats down gives you enough space for a double mattress! Would definitely recommend one and could easily pick one up for less than 6k so you got some change too

Had some trouble getting the standard backbox off, taking the bumper off gave better access and i was rewiring the parking sensors, but forget to plug it back into the module Just taken the bungs out and OMG it's loud -
