haha don't worry, it can't get alot worse yeah it is, but alot of the "new age" laws still get over looked (I.e. seat must adjust two ways, steering wheel must have airbag if it did from factory) because they're all things the MOT centers/ garages cant actually make money out of themselves my MOT center is a bit friendly

Remember that if you move from prefacelift to facelift you will have to acquire the facelift headlamp washer motors, brackets and jets and colour coded covers as the fitments on the inside of the bumper are different and these can be expensive. Alex. Urgh god! thanks for enlightening me mate, didn't realize that, what a ball ache, looks like the washer jets will be getting deleted then i cant be bothered with sourcing and more importantly paying for all that, its a big enough pain having to source splash guards aswell!

Little Update; My INGS+1 lip turned up, i can't get over how bendy PU is, to anybody who's never seen or dealt with Polyurethane before it's effectively what i would have called rubber before knowing what it is Anyway turns out its made for a facelift bumper, and my only option if i want to run this lip is to man up and buy one, and i found out i will also need to change arch liners! (thanks chris "thetranquilbass" ) Although it's not all bad as my front end does need a complete respray, it currently has a "starry night effect" thanks to stone chips, and i fully intended on smoothing the badge and taking the plate off the front before the end of winter anyway. It's just another unexpected cost! It has got my thinking about going for a full facelift though, the bonnet bulge has really grown on me. I also bought a 380rs pedal from Darren-B which i fitted at the weekend. Excuse the crappy quality photos. Feels a lot better to drive with and it is really easy to heel and toe! looks ace too. Still got a million and one things to do though, so i'll keep this up to date.

It's a good shout mate, but I'm not a massive fan of the V2 and the INGS+1 lip I've got will only fit the OEM facelift bumper, thanks for the suggestion though!

As the title says I'm after a facelift bumper, preferably kuro but I'm not overly worried as it will be getting smoothed and de-bared anyway. The lip I bought is for the face lift bumper and it's cheaper for me to change bumper rather than the lip.

I have some ultralight 20mm spacers but without nuts, I don't want a lot for them pm me if your interested

My brother had a VW jetta and the rear bench was literally almost black with dirt, he just used the cheapest tesco foam upholstery cleaner and a damp sponge with a bit if water in a bucket to swill the sponge and after a day doing it they came up almost new

Sorry to hear, We get race style cyclists in my village and they ride in lines of 3, so I just make sure I position the middle of my car over the cats eyes while overtaking , let my exhaust smash the crap out of them and listen to all the bits of cats eye and Tarmac flick all over them

Cheers! I'm looking at getting an INGS+1 lip at the moment, I get inspiration from US stuff mainly and this is the car I'm currently fan girling over! But OTT for some people's taste but I love it!
