Im guessing it has keyless entry? I had a similar problem with keyless entry on my Micra when I had it It could be the car struggling to detect the keys, sometimes if both keys are there it can confuse it, try placing the key in the centre console as it tends to find them best there. If they are in the same pocket as a mobile phone it doesn't help either must be interference

Most navara's do have DPF i think it is only non euro spec models which do not if i remember correctly, it needs topping up asap as it doesnt take long for damage to be done

Iv been at silverstone since Wednesday it's a complete mud bath, it was the campsite marshals towing people around in buggies on Thursday that chewed the ground up proving that they need to spend a bit more money on the campsite so they don't have to resort to it

Home spraying is possible on small items definitely, just don't try any big panels. Iv done training on both solvent 2k and water based paints with PPG a lot of it is down to spray gun setup and cleanliness as it is technique, and lacquering is definitely a bit of an art form to get a good finish that doesn't need flating and polishing These are my wheels I did earlier in the year (with the benefit of an oven) viewtopic.php?f=61&t=62461

Will standard rays alloys fit over 370 calipers and discs? Seen some people in the states have done the conversion but on different wheels

I have had product turn up damaged before sometimes they can offer a partial refund but you keep the exhaust might be worth a try as it seems fixable
