Bud I was just about to email you, I've got details of one in Norwich but waiting their call back. The mortgage team work with the builders and it's all happened sooo quickly I've not really had time to step back from it and look around for alternative brokers etc. So definitely not ideal. Mortgage is with Halifax and I'm having to rent my current house out as nil equity but they seem to be happy to take an estate agents letter confirming rentable value. Happy to talk to you about life cover and house insurance if you like?

Scary stuff, looked at a new build Tuesday, put reservation fee down today and the buidlers are gifting 5% deposit to help with mortgage. Possibly too good to be true. Only caveat is to complete by end of June I'm renting current house out so effectively chain free so not an issue there but has anyone used/can recommend a super efficient (and very thorough) conveyancer/solicitor?

It seems like an awful lot of money just to feel good about the performance of your car that will be rarely used to its full potential IMHO. It was more like a pig sty than a field LOL. there was a good spread on the age front, I think that's what makes it nice.

I wouldn't be so sure you know. Driven a few skylines and thought the outright power might be more, the response on this zed is amazing!!!!!! Then why change? My 34 is a lot quicker than my supercharged Z was (Que your LOL HKS was slow ) Its an early JDM with 80K+ miles, its worth maybe 6K at best in N/A form. I'd say around 7.5-8K max for it with the supercharger fitted. Also your front bumper needs a respray badly You will make a @*!# load more money by breaking it, trust me. Been there, done it, bought the Skyline Do you do a lot of track session Ian?

I assume that people spending this sort of dosh on their car get a lot of track use? I don't know how I would ever justify these mods unless I was on the track every month.

All! I've just got back from a Rocking weekend, which I thought I was going to hate but absolutely loved! Just wondered if anyone went from here? The bands I saw were: Slash + Myles Kennedy Metallica Shinedown Sabbath Ugly Kid Joe Tenacious D Steel Panther Expensive weekend but well worth it!!
