  1. 2 new rear tyres fitted today.
  2. Great pictures. You can't beat a Road trip around europe.
  3. That's really tidy, good clean example.
  4. I did a 'road trip' last year with my brother (only 2,000 miles over 5 days). Off the top of my head these are the things I took/arranged for the trip; * Insurance (even if you have Euro cover, if it's for longer than 3 days you'll need a greencard). * GB sticker (unless your number plates have this) * Breakdown cover for europe * Change headlight direction * High vis jacket * V5, MOT cert, insurance policy, passport, credit card, E1-11 card * Warning triangle * Empty petrol can, spare wheel, spare bulbs Our trip was; York > Dover > Calais > Paris > Reims > Nurburgring > Koeln > Eindhoven > Brussels > Bruges > Calais > Dover > York. At one point, we went for a full 36 hours with no sleep (due to working 9-5, then getting the 11pm ferry, driving straight to Paris @ 2am, then onto Reims, and not getting to the hotel/hour kip until late afternoon).
  5. Hi Martin. a) The year is in the title (2003). What mods are we talking? Have you got a for sale advert / topic with pictures and details? Although the TT has 4 seats, and I've had 2 in the back, it's a very tight fit.

SOLD
  7. I love images / shoots like this. I'm a huge fan of 28DL, and love the findings on there too.
  8. I've heard eating local honey can help with Hayfever. Has anyone tried this? Something to do with the local pollen / bees etc.
  9. 3D at the cinema, imo, isn't as good as 3D at home, probably due to the active shutter. I got my 3D TV back in November, and have since changed it again to a newer model (at the weekend). The technology has moved on slightly already, less crosstalk and blutooth glasses to prevent sync issues. In a dark room, with a good 3D movie (Avatar, Christmas Carol), you can't beat it. Although I try not to look in the mirror, as they look awful on. I wouldn't use the cinema 3D experience to judge 3D in general. I've tried a few games in 3D (Motorstorm / COD), but I find it too difficult to concentrate. Still, you can pick up some 3D TVs now for less than £800
  10. I sufer each year too, although I feel it's getting better. Tablets each day, and a few drops of eye drops during the day helps.
  11. There are definitely two shades of GM. One light and one dark however they used the same paint code I believe! Thanks for the info, maybe has something to do with the primer used?
  12. To save me starting a new topic, can someone help me? I'm on the lookout for a gunmetal GT, pre 06. Was there only 1 paint code/colour for gunmetal? The reason I ask is the pictures on AT and PH vary, some look quite dark, others light.
  13. Thanks for the detailed replies, helpful lot you are Thanks Chris, would you say that size is the biggest you'd fit side by side? Our small cases are smaller than yours, so that's a good start for weekend trips. I assume they fit in the same area as 'JetSet's' photo? Still giving room between the strut and rear seats?
  14. Thanks for the replies. Can you give me an idea of a 'normal' suitcase that would fit? I travel a few times of year, so taking a couple of suitcases to the airport is important for me. E.g. a link to suitcases (and how many) you've put in the boot?
  15. I will miss the interior, MPG and Turbo from the TT, but that's it. I see the TT's boot space is 220L, while the 350Z is 235L. I understand the TT has the rear seat space too on top of that 220L, but the 350Z appears to have a larger boot?! As long as I can fit my suitcase in, I'm happy. On pictures of loaded boots?
  16. Thank you for the replies. So the main exterior differences between 03 and 06 are the lights, and orange strip. What are the bi lights? Different from HID?
  17. What are the differences? I'm currently on the lookout for a 350z, and would like to know the differences between the phases. I understand there was the 2003-2005, 2006-2007, and 2008+? One of the subtle differences I've noticed (I believe) is the front orange reflector being moved from the headlamp, to the bumper? Is there a full list (and pictures) of the upgrades? Interior? Engine? Exterior?
  18. This is the same step I'm planning on making. I recognise your car/name from the TT forum too.
  19. Wow, what a friendly and polite lot you are. Could anyone tell me the typical service upgrades I should be looking for? (e.g a certain part replacement at xxx miles). My current TT is this;
