    Front O2 sensor.

Does anybody have a spare front O2 sensor to fit a late 04 Z? It's the 5 wire type. Would be most grateful if anyone has and if your within sensible distance of Bristol wouldn't mind picking it up today if poss. Thanks
  3. Bump Nobody keen to save on the outlay of building a Fi Z by buying one already done?
  4. Thank you all for the advice re- the airbag light, i will most certainly be investigating this at the weekend & hopefully resolving that small issue! Anyway here are a few more pics of the engine bay & interior, i'll be the first to admit that some of the pics may not be of the best quality but unfortunately i don't own a posh camera..... just my iphone. Blitz boost controller mounted in central cubby Other than a few silicone pipes & the intake pipe with SSQV blow off valve it doesn't look much different from standard Front mount intercooler & oil cooler mounted behind standard grill in bumper if you are genuinely interested in the car i'd urge you to come & view it as the attention to detail in both the turbo kit itself & the installation is fantastic. Every little pipe has been heat wrapped. shielded & tied or clipped away were necessary. A good example is here... The stock reflectors have been cut out of the front bumper & replaced with mesh, providing a great cold air feed to the twin filters on either side The filters are mounted low behind the front bumper, however the front end of the stock arch liner has a number of vents in it directly behind the filters..... therefor someone has taken the time & effort to fabricate a number of pre shaped pieces of aluminium to follow the contours of these vents and block them off to prevent water ingress. I have owned a number of turbo charged performance cars in the last 10 years (RX7, R33 GTR, R34 GTR among others) and i like to think i look after everything well. Always let a car warm up & cool down properly & only use the best lubricants, fluids & cleaning products available. The Z has been no different and i can honestly say it's easily the most refined & comfortable of all the cars i've had. I would not be selling this if it was not for the expense involved in trying to enter next years British Drift Championship... which i have my heart set on!
  5. Yes admittedly I have overlooked that small detail I did the advert late last night & realised I didn't have any under bonnet pics on my computer. I shall update this evening with a few more pics.... although the SFR kit mounts the turbo's quite low so there's surprisingly little extra too see under the bonnet. Also forgot to mention there is also an oil cooler fitted.
  6. I havn't owned this very long and if i'm honest i probably shouldn't have bought it as i didn't really wanna spend this much on another car but once again irresponsibility took over :smash: Anyway i'd like to have a crack at the BDC next year in my skyline so need to free up some cash to get the car specced up etc. It's a 2004 350Z GT, UK car with only 27k miles from new & full service History most of which is with Nissan. I have just had it serviced last week using Motul 300V fully synthetic oil aswell as having all fluids change including brake & clutch. Standard GT Spec includes; Brembo Brakes Heated Black Leather Interior Xenon's Bose premium sound system Cruise control The twin turbo kit is produced by Speed Force Racing in the US and is very well put together & quite comprehensive, using bigger turbo's than alot of other kits.... with supporting mods this kit will genuinely make 600-700 bhp. I've done a bit of research and am yet to come across another Z in this country with this kit on! Turbo Conversion consists of: 2 x Turbonetics T3/T4 60-1 Turbos 2 x stainless tubular low mount manifolds with merge collectors 2 x 38mm Tial external wastegates 2 x Stainless downpipes Spearco front mount intercooler Aluminium oil sump Wesstech Scavenge pump All intake & intercooler piping with integrated AFM & HKS ssqv 2 x Low mounted HKS air filters 440cc Injectors Walbro 255 fuel pump FTC Split second engine management system All of this was originally fitted to the car by Hyeline performance in Wales. In addition there is also a Blitz DSBC boost controller & a full speed force racing true dual exhaust system with twin HKS Carbon & Ti back boxes aswell as a RPS max clutch & lightweight flywheel. On the highest boost setting the car runs 0.6 bar which speed force racing claim will make 439 bhp at the wheels!! Day to day i run the car at 0.45 bar. The install is hugely proffesional, very factory & you can barely notice any changes under the bonnet! i've also fitted a set of daiyama (japspeed) coilovers less than 2 months ago & lowered it a fair bit over a set of varrstoen es 2.2 wheels in matt black. 9.5 x 19 front ET0 10.5 x 19 rear ET0 I had the car laser aligned by Lee at FCM motorsport in Bristol approx 3 weeks ago. There is also a Veilside style front splitter & top secret style rear diffuser which houses the twin exhausts nicely. Body work is immaculate and i've had the aerial removed from the rear wing, smothed over & re painted as it just looks out of place in my opinion! there are only 2 small negative points; the engine management light is on, i've had the codes pulled & its down to having the CATS removed the rear O2 sensors think there is a problem, this can be resolved by fitting a pair of £20 spacers to the sensors if it really bothers you. also the airbag light has just started flashing, again i've had it plugged in & it is reading no faults. this would make a fantst fast civilised daily for someone or would make a great drift car, mega torque & a low ratio 6 speed box means you will get alot of smoke!! i believe this to be the only TT Z for sale in the country at the minute & too build one the turbo kit alone is around £6k in the US.... i'm looking for around £12.5k for mine, i would be willing to lower the price if someone say... wanted to provide there own wheels, or wanted it back on stock suspension? i'd also possibly be open to a deal on a S15, PS13 or similar depending o n spec etc but i'd need some cash my way so no straight swaps...... unless it's something really special:D i can get some engine bay & interior shots tomorrow if required by anyone.
  7. Nice sunset Zed with Veilside front splitter. noticed it out on track aswell as in the paddock
  8. I think with 350's u definatly stand to make more by removing the mods & selling seperatly. Providing you still have most of the original parts it's no great hastle either. If you decide to go down that route..... can I have first refusal on your front bumper please
  9. As far as i'm aware this was a feature on US market Zeds only however..... while installing my new headunit the other week i had the heater controls disconnected & also the white box that sits behind them disconnected. I decided to try the stereo briefly before putting everything back together, when i turned the ignition on the trip computer cycled through as normal but displayed no readings for anything, i assume this is due to the white box being disconnected? But it did gain a new feature and displayed the tyre pressure function in this format Left Right F--- F---- R--- R---- Foolishly i didnt think to get a pic & once i reconnected everything the trip computer was back to normal. So it seems the function for tyre pressure is in there, just need some senders in the wheels. This is all probably useless i just thought it quite interesting...... and i'm bored!
  10. u might run into some rubbing issues with 275.s on a 9.5 rim on the front, unless the offset is quite high! This is how low i run mine and that is on the Daiyama coilovers that you mentioned on your first post, they seem a very good road setup so far, low spring rates so not harsh either. Not as good as the CS2's on my R34 but id say there better ride quality than the Tein's i used to have on that! I had the alignment checked on mine last week, just have standard adjustment available so brought the Toe back in to spec & left the camber at around 4 degrees negative on the rear, drives fine. Obviously not as much rear grip as you'd have available with a more upright tyre but not really an issue. Also i didnt really wory about tyre sizes & rolling radius, if the TCS doesnt like it then i'll turn it off but it seems ok with 215-35-19 on a 9.5J front & 245-35-19 on a 10.5J rear
  11. I'd happily do a deal on the carbon bonnet for my standard one Also the splitter is most probably easily removed & sold on... Looks a nice car though & you could most probably sell/part ex the bits that arn't to your tastes & make some money back!
  12. Yeah it's low... still drive it pretty much every day though Slightly crappy photo but looks low & wide so i like it
  13. Think i've finally got the ride height just where i want it....
  14. Not many people drift on 19's...... although i run 19's on my R34
  15. I'd be interested in just the wheels if you are tempted to split?
  16. I these are the ones that JM Imports sold on eBay a few weeks ago then they were listed as having a broken spring. Sold for about £250 if I remember right? I'd be suprised if 2 separate sets came up within 2 weeks of each other?
  17. I always use JB Autos in longwell green. Jason there will sort you out with a top notch job He's looked after all my cars including the Z for years
  18. I'm having my aerial removed from the wing & smoothed over this week so may well have one going spare....
  19. i'm very interested in one of these too what sort of timescale would we be looking at for payment, delivery etc?
  20. Ha it's just sat on a selection of wheels from our workshop & off my skyline at the minute!
  21. Yeah its all good my man! Just fitted & setup the coilovers & added a carbon front lip & rear diffuser, Pretty happy with how it looks! Where would be the relevant place to put a progress thread?
  22. I'll have one if thats ok please? very kind of you
  23. I'll take the passenger one if the first guy doesn't!
  24. Good choice with the F-Con Those few bits plus a mapping session will see you over 400 comfortably.
  25. Yeah totally agree mate, in the past I've built most of my cars myself. Obviously it's the more expensive option but as you said you know exactly what work & parts have gone into it. Plus there's the sense of satisfaction from building something special yourself! I only bought the TT Zed as I was looking for one & it seemed a great deal at a good price & seems well built, but only time will tell! R34 GTR is an amazing machine, you won't be dissapointed. I can't think of another 10+ year old car that looks & feels so fresh even today or what that has held it's value so well either. I sold mine when I started getting into drifting a bit more seriously and couldn't justify having or building a specced drift car, a £30k toy & a daily. Had I not got into drifting I'd probably still have the GTR.... there are certainly days I regret selling it. Although I didn't lose any money on it's value in nearly 2 years. Is your GTR standard?
