DOH!! had the car in for a P2 service last week, got them to bleed brakes and put some motul RBF600 in, so this week decided to upgrade the brakes all round DBA rotors, ferrodo pads and new HEL lines from CS who done me a cracking deal , I know i've done this arse about tit will i be able to get away with just getting 1 new bottle of motul to top up any lost when they replace the lines etc? Ian

Had a nice run out to windermere yesterday, saw a few zeds, black 06 nismo'd 350z parked up in grasmere, bronze zed parked up just entering keswick from ambleside direction, and passed and waved blade 350z private plate he was heading towards ambleside. Lovely day for a drive indeed

Sorry to hijack the thread, I live in the same part of the world as Agentsmith(Dom)you say it takes around 5 days to wrap, how long would it take you guys to fit the chargespeed rear and skirts and spray them?

Thats the set up i have on mine along with a plenum spacer and I managed 311bhp (weather,engine-even though the same as yours,all engines are different so different results)at RS tuning,couldn't give a rats @*!# about the numbers as the general drive-ability of the car has been transformed,nice and torquey through the mid range, oh and the sound is

So having been awake pretty much since half one that's me done , sleep won't come .At 2pm I'll be getting married to my amazing gorgeous fiancee Angela. we've been together 3 years, both of us married previously,both swearing to all that they'd never marry again. But pretty much as soon as we met we knew we'd spend the rest of our lives together So its been a pretty mad 12 months getting things sorted for this day! buying the Zed certainly helped us to chill , a spin around the lakes does you the world of good to help you relax so anyway enough of me rambling on, have a great weekend all, I intend too

Best mods, must be the invidia G35 exhaust with flamed tips and the berks HFC's,it sounds soooooo and looks the dog's danglies (cheers Tarmac) No mods done that I don't like Downside would be erm............. can't think of anything that I find annoying except perhaps Nissan not doing some of this stuff originally to make the car how it should be as standard.

Hi mate,I did the Gallardo at Elvington airfield,York, last saturday,a beautiful car but felt a bit let down afterwards, had two laps with the "instructor" in a scooby- he drove showing brake boards/lines into corners, then had six laps driving the lambo myself,stunning into corners,but was expecting thrown back in your seat stuff,whether the straights werent long enough or what i didn't get that feeling at all,would have loved to have done it in the Zed to be honest, top speed-115mph

They've not had anything other than a rub with the wash mitt mate seem fine atm.

Eventually got round to making a vid, exhaust is settling in and sounds superb. Hope you like

After getting the new zorst and cats fitted last week,made the trek down to RS tuning at Leeds to have the plenum spacer fitted and Uprev loaded into the car. Specky took twenty minutes or so to fit the plenum spacer and then it was down to Paul to do his stuff with the uprev software.Straight off it looked like the spacer added around 10BHP,after around 20 runs on the dyno and Paul tweaking the fuel ratios and cam timing we got to the best figure he could achieve 311BHP Once done we took it out for a wee spin and straight away the feel of the car was totally different, power was on tap right away,and top end just kept going and going A big thanks to the guys of RS tuning for the work done and good crack. So,summing it up after having the car on motorway for a couple of hours and then a couple of days of 'normal' driving around i'd recommend the uprev totally. couple of pics of plenum spacer fitted and dyno result.
