Nice looking White 350 parked accross from me the other afternoon, anyone here?

I always have the snows socks tucked away next to the spare. Been caught out in heavy snow showers before when none are forecast. Saved me having to park up at the side of the road. A pain to fit though, need to jack the car up to get your hands round the top of the wheel, but again worth the effort as they got me home each time

yeah i can live with it, as you say its not too bad considering the feel of the car. Was great on the roads to Orkney and back, wait until you really open her up

Ah ace, you will love the Brembos. Would have been good for a wee chat, nice distraction from the elise. Had to rebuild the engine and fit the clam before an MOT today lol. Was a late one. What exhaust you fitted? looked like it had blue tinted tips?

Heard a noise i thought i knew whilst elbow deep in an elise engine, stuck my head out and sure enough a Silver Zed passes by the garage, not the usual one i see sitting on this street, no Nismo kit this time. Then an hour or two later i hear you again, this time the elise engine is mostly together so dont have to stretch and look Saw you slow down for a peak at my black zed too

the noise for me is when you are pulling away in any gear from 1000 - 2000 rpm so dipping the clutch wont work I'll try and post a vid tomorrow of it

the chatter is more noticable once everything is warm and is quite load, it goes away once you are above 2000rpm. Gonna take a vid of it when i get a passenger next time Can live with the noise though, always had a noisy gearbox anyways

Just replacing the clutch and all ancillaries made a great improvement to the feel of the car. Had a goosed release bearing so went in and did the whole lot while i was there. The fly is great. Super responsive, sounds great on revving too as its soo much quicker. You notice a difference too when driving, it feels more keen and eager to get moving when you prod the pedal On a side note the chatter is a bit off putting, hoping it beds in and gets quieter with a few miles on it, but i can put up with it in the long run as its worth it for the extra feel of the car.

Im in Aberdeen to in the BOD area. I've used them before when they were Clarke motorsport, but they were still just as good, great customer service

twas me, you must have the awesome midnight nismo? Was in getting a new clutch and lightwieght fly fitted along with a new wheel bearing. The exhaust sounds better than it looks too Where abouts are you based?

Spotted you coming off king street going onto union street. Loving the wheel choice, black Rota torques? Was that a Milltek exhaust too? Would have waved but me and the missus were on foot, would have been wierd lol

Spotted the first one, SIlver with Nismo wing? outside brew dog heading down the hill, cheers for the blat, sounded ace Next up was a silver zed with dark wheels along northern road, cheers for the wave, first time in 3yrs of ownership :o I think that was also yourself heading up the hill from Tescos in Danestone? I woulda given it more beans if my wife was not next to me Anywho any of you guys on here?

I'll be sure to look out for you Photoman, im always driving around the beach area to get to or from the center from the BOD. Might try and arrange a wee meet sometime after the 21st when im home next, any takers?
