  1. Yup, it was me! I was going to give you a wee wave but that can always end up making me look like a fool They are making a bit of a mess on East Road at the moment!
  2. Im on hillfoot road a lot, but I havent seen any other zeds up there! I hate that road!!
  3. living by a beach has advantages... very very little snow and disadvantages... black ice!! Foot slipped when i was on the motorbike a few days ago left me looking like a tit trying to catch my bike, least it didnt fall The snow has been no bother for anyone in work, we have many rwd bmws, porsches, 2 zeds Only person who hasnt made it in was a lazy volvo driver!! I even saw the elise in the other day
  4. yummmy!! I wanna see the new exhaust!!! Him indoors is almost set on chopping his zx6r for the z1000sx in the new year
  5. I've read through the whole thread and now I cant decide what tyre I want!!?! Fronts at the moment are useless in the wet (some budget dealer rubbish) and I defo need a good tyre in the wet!! Had Eagle Asymmetrics on my ST and I loved them! No ones really commented if they are just as good on the zed?? I think its between the Asymmetrics, Toyo T1rs and FK 452s. For wet roads which are the best? I'm not to concerned with the best performance in the dry because thats such few days up here and I make use of the motorbike on those rarities!
  6. Third pic, top left, shadow on the bonnet. Could do with editing out. Always super aware of the lighting when I take photos! Although does look like you got a cracking day with good strong light!!

There was one at a Ford day at Croft a couple of months ago. The owner took so much pride in telling us how it was completely stock. It looked awesome but I couldnt resist taking that kinda thing on the road every once in a while, I dunno how these people keep them off the road?
  8. If you dont like confrontation have you tried putting everything in writing to them? Its legally the best way to have all communication with them and for some people can be a lot easier to get your point across.
  9. College is only one year (aslong as theres no holding) and your not guaranteed where you'll be in the country after that, how do you know you'll be at Swanwick? I work for NATS at Prestwick Centre and hopefully I'll be at the college next year, i'm doing an internal application though so my wage may be slightly different I'm planning on running a cheap motorbike while i'm there and I'll be able to keep the zed and my sportsbike, oh its nice to already be a part of the warm loving ATC family Any questions or anything about the job just shout and congratulations! Thanks dude will shout if I think of anything Im on an area course so the only places I can go to are either Swanwick or Prestwick. Aerodrome looks sexier but I didnt like the idea of NATS being able to post me anywhere they like and with the £millions they've spent on Swanwick I can't see them moving it any time soon Aye I know I've only got one year at the college, but then it takes another 2 years to validate before the proper pay grades kick in which might prove tricky if I want to keep the Zed through them:( What do you do at Prestwick at the moment then and as an internal applicant do you still have to go through the 3 stages? If you do and you need any info on them as I've just done them then shout Cheers Unfortunately I have to go through the same 3 stages and then a 4th one added in for good mesure, a simulation run I have just the 3rd and 4th left to do and even after all that I'm competing for one of 7 spaces available for us!! I'm an assistant at Prestwick and I used to be part of the training section as well so I am def in the right position to get all the help I need for the interview! You could sell the Zed and use your money for all the drinking you'll be doing, and after training your sitting in a rather good position for a nice shinny new Zed
  10. Hey, I work in Prestwick and I'm constantly in and out of Ayr so I shall keep my eyes open for you! I'm just waiting on the dealer getting his finger out and I'll be back on my private plate soon which basically spells out Lotto so I'll be easy to spot
