  1. Forgot changed my dash slightly picked up the new one from Torqen. Just need to do something with where the buttons would usually go. Also changed my strut cover again
  2. I am just fitting coilovers and did the socks so good to see the results, a worthwhile investment. Question did you cover the top of the strut, spring and spring adjusters on yours or the bottom of the strut, strut adjuster and spring adjuster?
  3. Yeah spoiler was a spontaneous purchase, but happy I did. Still got the rears to do but I need the car today so they are going to have to wait, but with the coilovers and the new arb the front did seem to stick so much more, i did a lot of reading and actually choose the meisterR's over the BC's, the socks are a worthwhile purchase I thought Unfortunately there is a lot more to go on underneath lol. Yeah I got the socks at the same time cheap investment to keep them looking good and be able to adjust them easily. Thanks really impressed with them the build quality is great and the front already seems like a great improvement.
  4. It gets the clock if I remember rightly, it was actually me that discovered this about 15 years ago I made a post about it at the time as up until that point everyone just did the dials so the clock didn't work then I picked up a uk brain on ebay at the time for peanuts to try and it worked and now people tend to do the pair
  5. You will need the brain as well to get all functions I have both in the garage will dig them out if you interested
  6. Been a good week getting lots done now the weather has turned. First picked up a Carbon Fibre N1 style spoiler Then fitted the side window louvres Then today did front coilovers ARB and drop links, the front H brace and the Undertray. Now for the rear. I did realise after the photo that I needed to turn the bracket round on the leg
  7. So best she has looked in a fair while, made the most of the weather and gave the replacement wings a temporary bit of paint until the replacement rear arches are fitted and get a permanent respray. Will need a polish but quite happy with that for rattle cans and a breeze.
  8. 4 bolts and the base comes off the frame, then lots of pigs rings hold the leather to the seat pan and foam. Seat upright remove headrest unzip then same pig rings hold the leather to the frame and foam once all removed will lift off. Done it a few times now
  9. I bought a spare oil for this reason, wanted to get as much old oil out as possible
  10. Thanks I always thought it should of been black as std looks so much better, and thanks to @ZMANALEX for the roadster visors.
  11. Explains why mine are tight being a few months old, when you mentioned yours being loose, what a great service though hats off to them.
  12. Headlining refitted just waiting on my order from Torqen for the black sunvisor clips.
  13. So whilst the weather is not really laying on the floor friendly, been continuing on the interior, passenger seat is now heated sound deadening on the floors and roof. Have also been doing the dash kit to match the new steering wheel, still in progress and a bit of tidying up to do like straightening the stitch and tucking in round the fan but liking so far. Also been dying my headlining black but waiting for first coat to dry atm Before After Have to say I was dubious about the kits but really good quality and easy to fit so far.
  14. Yeah also got the complete ones, and so far seem tighter than a nuns... but as you have mentioned this before I did contemplate putting a dab of glue on them to be safe
  15. Hi Nik, it did on the old dash DE as this is the DE satnav Cubby, but is currently non functional in the HR dash as they are different, so it's just a stop gap until I can get the HR Nav dash peice.
  16. First heated seat now back in the car will do the passenger over the evenings this week so it can be fitted next weekend. Also adding a layer of sound deadening to the floor whilst the seats are out. And the new steering wheel is in
  17. I have had it nearly 15 years lol, I honestly prefer the 350. Will prob go FI but it was something I was considering investigating in the future so will follow this thread with interest
  18. I have been thinking of trying to fit the 370 engine in my 350 recently so can't wait to see how you get on.
  19. Hello and welcome, revup is definitely worth it.
  20. Yeah definitely leaning that way, I think it was just the extra space and the change of colour on intake tube
  21. Hi mate, thanks I sent it to royal steering wheels in Milton Keynes. Loads of options for reference mine was Full modification with Flat bottom + PROFILES, Perforated leather on sides, Smooth PRINTED leather top/bottom + Yellow centre stripe, Yellow stitching
  22. Great job mate, hope mine turns out as well later this year.
  23. Looks like a stunning example, and welcome to the club.
