A warm welcome you can see where I am.

Looking at mine and what you've done I think your in the safe zone, Mark clearly is the expert on the Dyno etc and giving you a safe working environment on the engine side. The print offs show a nicely balanced up take through the engine RPM's etc.
Got a fly wheel clutch to do next year, I will borrow a garage lift from from my mate for that, just remind me what clutch fly wheel did you get?

Big thanks to Mark,Steve and Tony at Abbey for the work on my car over the last week or so. Great ride home just have to re-learn what I call my "safe perimeters" with the charger.
Once again, great job lads.

Hi Chris black union elbow worked fine on mine. As you know took the lazy way out, had enough of bad backs lying on concrete floors over the years. Mike at Abbey Motorsport did the fitting while I was away in Holland for the last two weeks and I drove it back though the Dartford tunnel back up to Lincoln yesterday. Sounding like a 737 on its approach landing, not too much on the aggressive driving yet but gave it a bit on a couple of occasions yesterday. Mainly because I had a surreal dream the night before that I went to pick the car up from Abbey and drove it up the farm lane and on the top junction at the main road I span it around in a circle, weird really.
Funny though if you drive it too gentle you are lulled into thinking apart from the whine its not increased its BHP but when driven with a bit of urgency then you get the kick up you backside. I know most will want to know the figures but I haven't dissected them yet but I was happy that they kept them in the safe engine figures to around the 410 mark on a 04 plate.

Hi Chris, nice to see my Azure on this thread and the wheels are still looking as good. No issues in fitting the supercharger or the controversial elbow joint. Cheers.

If that's the w brace plastic cover hanging off and it looks like it is. Not much of a problem take it off but you should be able to fit it back on up to you really

Agree with alex, but do not try to beat any world records with the roof down, very un-aerodynamical in the wind tunnel. It doesn't matter though its what you prefer.

Thanks for the fast rey am I correct 35psi is the recommended amount?
Also as a little note, I have just messaged a friend at national tyres to see what price he can do them for me (and all the owners club) in north wales with free fitting, will respond the results, but the mytyres price seems cheap!
35 psi is fine for normal driving.

I don't what you have where you guys live but in Lincoln I bought a fob and a blank key of ebay and got "The Car key man" to cut and reprogramme the fob, job total 4 year ago was around £70.

Never ever, ever take mine out when there's salt on the road, but I have the luxury of another run around car
So how do you keep your Zed from seizing up or just dying? Just don't want to take her out in the weather we get in Germany! And the salts another added factor!
Like the others have said trickle charge and on a fine clear road, especially after a deluge of rain to clear the salt take it out for a run. My car will last about 3 weeks without charging or running, on a trickle charge months.
