Take it in to the dealers, they should swap the springs for better ones for free. Might need to order them so perhaps give them a call, there's a TSB for it on the Nissan system.

Id be proactive about it, in some cases they mentioned it may be done for cars as the problem occurs so i would raise the question with the dealer and get it fixed as soon as you can to avoid the flatbed. Just sold our house in 7 days which shocked the life out of me and the wife!! We are moving to around Plymouth all being well. Viewing houses from Sunday and all next week. Areas we are looking at are Tavistock 10 mile radius and Liskeard to Plymouth. Also a house in Looe, Polperro and 2 in Wembury. Anyone from around there? Can't wait to move as I'm a sea fishing nut so being in the wilderness of Northants for the last 18 years has been murder! Any area advice welcome and appreciated. Cheers Phil

I would think a small claims action with all this would be succesful, probably trying to hide behind the relatively small number of cars sold over here. If mine goes I don't plan to pay a penny.

+1. Normally a serial car swapper, around every 18 months, but my 370 will be 3 in June and I've no plans to change. Love this car. Uprev and HFCs on my shopping list though!
