Where abouts in Leeds are you? I use Simon Greens in Horsforth, probably not the cheapest but do a great job. They do laser alignment and tyre fitting etc

I'm using the ELM327, works great so far my car is a 2003 UK 350z. I wouldn't risk it, I had a smilar motorised one and while it worked OK I ended up getting rid after a week mainly due to the sound quality being poor. The interface was also horrible.
